Good service overall. They recommended a couple of part replacements while the car is still under warranty, which would have costed me $2000+ otherwise. Their loaner sch They recommended a couple of part replacements while the car is still under warranty, which would have costed me $2000+ otherwise. Their loaner scheduling process could be improved. When scheduling loaners for my other (and past) German cars, other dealerships provide a fixed date in the future for pickup. Not sure if Wellesley VW has a limit number but it took multiple calls and weeks to schedule a loaner. The staff is nice though and I enjoyed my service experience. More

So disappointed! And really wonder about the commercial méthode use there to attract prospect buyers. Car is advertised at MSRP of 48k on the web but price was actually just re-evaluated at 53k on arrival!! Surprise , surprise!!Smell fishy isn’t it? or is it bad practice ? Either way, I will need a real good deal offer to persuade me to do business with that dealer .similar practice at vw dealer in Westborough., where the car was 46k on web but became 49999 on arrival!!! Same owner for both dealer!!! That’s not a mistake anymore but more like a system to screw unaware buyers. font h think??? More
