Unfortunately, many dealerships effectively end their customer service once they finalize the sale of the vehicle to the customer, and those are the types of businesses that I avoid and tell others to avoid. A great experience from start to finish. I visited and received quotes from several BMW dealerships in the Bay Area, but decided to make my purchase at Weatherford. I had a positive, no hassle experience received quotes from several BMW dealerships in the Bay Area, but decided to make my purchase at Weatherford. I had a positive, no hassle experience with John Meier, who was extremely responsive and patient throughout the process. Nice and friendly too. I would go back to John for another purchase, and would highly recommend him to anyone else in the Bay Area looking for a fair deal and pleasant buying experience. I'll add that David Manalo was great in helping out with all of the paperwork. More

We bought a new 535i from Boris when he was in Concord in November 2009. We really enjoyed working with Boris and were happy to learn he moved to Weatherford. We were thinking about buying an SUV and wante November 2009. We really enjoyed working with Boris and were happy to learn he moved to Weatherford. We were thinking about buying an SUV and wanted to drive an X3 or and X5. We went to the dealership on Saturday and asked, "Is Boris working?" Luckily he was or we would have had to come back another time. Boris was happy to see us and we had a nice reunion catching up with him. We told Boris what we were looking for and he determined that an X3 was the car for us. We discussed which options we wanted and Boris reviewed the cars on the lot that fit our criteria. We test drove a few cars and found a 2011 model with low miles that we decided to buy. Boris makes an otherwise stressful process fun. He even offered me his sandwich when I said I needed to eat! He is a joy to work with and he listens to his customers' needs and doesn't try to up-sell them the wrong car. I will refer friends to Boris and hope to buy other cars from him in the future. Weatherford is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, customer-focused and fun professional such as Boris. Mike Phung was very helpful and professional in getting my car detailed. Attila and Kathy Ingram were also a pleasure to work with on Saturday. More
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, quite frankly. I bought my last car at Weatherford 6 years ago. This time it was simpler and easier. I very much appreciated the way Boris understood, when we first came in to shop, that we would need a bit of time to decide on the right car. He kept us informed, without exerting any pressure. Choosing and buying the car yesterday was straightforward and fun. We didn't need to haggle on price at all -- I felt I got a fair price offer from you folks, and that was that. Boris walked me through some of the new features with good humor and off I went. I feel like the dealership has upped its game and that is a great thing. I would be entirely comfortable recommending to a friend to buy a car from Weatherford, and I can't say that about any other auto dealer I've dealt with over the years in the Berkeley area. Thanks. It would be a better world out there if other auto dealerships followed your example. More
As a first time buyer I was really impressed with the service and patience Renold had for me. Before going to Weatherford BMW and meeting Renold, I had the worst service at every dealership I have gone service and patience Renold had for me. I was a first time buyer and obviously as a first time buyer I had a little more challenge than anyone with history. Renold exceeded my expectation given the circumstances I was under and provided me with endless service that can not be forgotten. Unlike many other dealership, Renold was not out for my sales or take advantage of me. He was very honest quick, and consistence in all aspect. He is trustworthy and very knowledgable. He understood my situation and completely work with what I had and not more or less. He's customer service was endless and deserving of all recognition. I literally walked in there 10 mins before closing and made my deal and the budget I had and was on my way. I overall created a friendship with Renold and I cannot wait to return to Weatherford BMW and see my friend Renold. I advise anyone who's considering going to any BMW to go to Weatherford and experience the service I had with Renold. More
JV contacted me in July 2012 after I responded to an online sales ad for a used car. In October 2012, I finally purchased the right CPO 328i BMW for me. He was persistent, though not overly aggressive, and patient with me as I conducted my search. He even was able to point me to some cars that fit my needs before they even listed online. When I finally zeroed in on what I wanted, JV was the man to call. He helped me get a good deal, and even better, he provides some great customer service. Some people will talk about their service, but never deliver, but JV is always willing to help and go to the extra inch. Excellent! Here are the facts: -Got a good deal from JV on a car that I wanted and specified -JV followed up with me and answered my questions. I felt like a valued customer and that JV was working hard for me to get what I needed -JV pays attention to detail and will hook you up to make you satisfied; For example, I said there was no BMW flashlight in my car, and he put in an order to ship me one. It's a small thing, but it matters to me. -JV invited me to a free Octoberfest event at the dealership. Drinks/Food/Music/Raffle! And I won a free iPad and BMW garment bag. Where else would that happen? -My experience with this dealership made it feel like I was with a top brand. I was working with a business that cares about its customers, and wants them to feel important both in and out of the car. You don't get that your average run of the mill/car brand. This is the BMW experience, and JV made it complete. I like doing business with people who view me as a person, and not a number, and that is how I felt with JV. I am satisfied with the relationship we have and I hope that it continues to be a fruitful one for all the years and cars to come! Thanks JV! More
