John found me wandering the warehouse and without skipping a beat helped me find the cars I was interested in. We went on several test drives and he was extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, or any pushiness at all. I came back nearly a week later and John helped me go on an extended drive in the car I was interested in. Once I decided to buy, he was very helpful and quick in getting paperwork completed and in helping me decide what kind of financing to use. David Manalo helped me with the final paperwork and warrantee selections. He was very friendly and made the process extremely smooth and straightforward. We chatted through the whole process and I didn't feel at all pressured to buy anything I didn't want.
