In the past fifteen or so years, I have had occasion to interface with John Meier when "shopping" for BMW's. He has always taken the time to show me new cars, even though he knew I had an existing relationship with another salesperson (Bruce) at his dealership, Weatherford. Bruce left Weatherford and John stepped up to the plate to assist me in completing the transaction on an X5 I had ordered. The transaction was complicated by a few factors and John navigated through ALL the issues with the assistance of his manager, Francisco and the finance manager, Kathleen. I know the Weatherford Team sold me a quality vehicle at a competitive price. I have purchased seven or eight vehicles from Weatherford and even took an employee to the dealership to purchase his first BMW. Although I live in San Francisco, I drive to Berkeley to purchase my BMW's and to have them serviced. For service, I always see Rich Angeles. He keeps my cars running well and Sheri always has a good loaner car available when I make a service appointment. As consumers we have choices and I've done the research so you don't have to. BMW's are among the very best cars in the World. Weatherford is a good dealership with a large seleaction of cars and SUV's. John Meier is a customer centered representative of Weatherford who gave me "Nordstrom" and "Saks" like service. Kathleen is an extremely knowledgeable finance manager who puts the deal together. Richard Angeles is an extremely knowledgeable service representative who has been servicing my BMW's since the early 1990's and keeps the cars running. Robert Tayac More

I have bought many vehicles from Ed Jung. I will NOT purchase a vehicle from any other car salesman. I will go to the extent of making sure where he is if I want to purchase a BMW or any other vehicle purchase a vehicle from any other car salesman. Please note: my decision to purchase my car has to do with where Ed Jung is at that time. If he is in Timbuktu, I will go there as well. The dealership makes no difference to me: it is my connection with Ed that will take me into any car dealership. I have to say that Francesco (Sales Manager)is a very nice patient man. I was in a stressful situation, and he was able to see past that and try to calm me down. I appreciate that, and his kindness. The Finance Manager (David) was also very friendly and kind. I recently got my first new BMW. I've had used BMWs in the past but made the plunge to get the X6 which I have been eying for some time. I came into the dealership to just browse and get a better understa the past but made the plunge to get the X6 which I have been eying for some time. I came into the dealership to just browse and get a better understanding of the vehicle and ended up getting one 7 days after. I worked with both Guy and John and had a great experience. They were knowledgeable and understood the things I cared about most and put me in the right car for me. They were also very patient as this became drawn out. In terms of pricing, they were reasonable and fair and that is what I wanted. If everything works out with the car, I will be back to Guy and John in the future without hesitation. More
