I was looking for a certified pre-owned 2010 BMW. I met Ed Jung on my first visit. We discussed different models and years. I was already driving a 1993 325i that I have owned for 15 years. He was extremely thorough and impressively knowledgeable on all models. I had checked out 3 other dealers and did not receive the same courteous service and amount of information. When I told them i wasn't sure when I would be purchasing, 2 weeks or 2 months, they just gave up went to the next customer walking around. Ed did not do that. Ed respectfully answered all of my questions and gave me his card and said he would e-mail a follow-up. He said to e-mail him or call him any time with questions. Weatherford has an amazing inventory from which to choose. Very impressive dealership. Three weeks later I contacted him to make an appointment to test drive 2 different model types. He was very accommodating and again extremely knowledgeable on each car. The process to reach the right purchase price was easy and respectful. I purchased a beautiful 2010 335d. He spent the appropriate amount of time educating me on the necessary operations of the vehicle and I was on my way home. I love my car and recommend Ed and Weatherford BMW highly. More

I purchased a new BMW 328i at Weatherford in Berkeley. Boris Star worked with me from the initial test drive through the purchase. He found me the model I was looking for, with features I wanted and without options I didn't want, in Southern California. Pricing was fine, maybe not absolute rock-bottom but well below MSRP. At delivery Boris saved me an additional several hundred to one thousand dollars by advising me of a new BMW cash-back financing offer that was cheaper than the all cash deal I was prepared to make becuase I only financed a fraction of the purchase price for a short term at a very low interest rate.
