We went to the dealership to look at buying a used 325i for myself. When we were entering the building, we ran into Ali. We looked at each other as we knew each other. Which we did, as Ali, sold us a 740il in November of 1996 and recognized us. Again, we were planning on buying a car for me and not for my wife, as we were buying her a Mercedes Benz GL450. We'll Ali showed us several cars including a used Mercedes and after testing driving the cars we decided to go with the X5. Ali, was very professional and helpful, but MORE importantly, we never felt pressured to buy. We felt very at ease and comfortable. We actually will be going back this Friday to meet with Ali for purchasing a car for me. We will recommend Ali and of course Weatherford BMW to our friends and business acquaintances. What an amazing dealership! I walked into Weatherford BMW looking for a car that will suit me. John showed me the diesel car, I was not sure about it because I will relocate to the east coast and diesel migh looking for a car that will suit me. John showed me the diesel car, I was not sure about it because I will relocate to the east coast and diesel might not be a good fit for the city. A few days later, I came back to see the diesel car to see if I still want it. Darek Herin came to see me and helped me understand more about the diesel. I asked him if I can test drive the 328i (loaded), Darek arranged everything which amazed me! He gave me the "VIP" test drive. He even understood the first time bmw buyer's feelings and listened to everything of what I had to say. After he spent time with me driving them, we sat down and went over the numbers in depth. He was honest and truthful. I decided to go with the 328i, Darek worked so hard to make sure that the finance process goes well. He was willing to go to the Post Office really late to drop off the paperwork to my parents to sign the paperworks. Unfortunately, the financial manager made a minor mistake on the paperwork yet they made an exception for me to take the car while the paperwork was in the mail being sent to my parents. While I was on the road to the east coast, Darek checked up with me a few times to see if my car is running okay and to see if I need any help from him. It shows me that he really cares about their customers unlike other dealerships! Darek definitely made his dealership looks fabulous! Thanks to Darek, John, and James! More
Ali listened to my needs and helped me look at a few cars that met them. After he spent time with me driving them, we sat down and went over the numbers in depth. The dealership has advertised specials on their website that are 100% true and accurate. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a brand new car. They put the rest of the Bay Area BMW dealerships to shame. More

I walked into Weatherford looking for a specific car that I'd seen online. Jenn greeted me with a warm smile, listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to Paul in their sales department. You gotta visit just to take a look at their inventory. It's a BMW enthusiast dream garage. Since I knew which car I wanted Paul promptly found it for me and we took it for a test drive. The best part of the test drive was how easy going Paul was and the fact that they didn't waste my time trying to get me into a different car. I didn't feel that he was trying to force the sale on me and I felt our conversation was genuine. Once we got back to the shop I was convinced that the 335i was indeed the car I'd been wanting. Paul put together some paperwork, and Jenn was able to promptly give me a reasonable trade in on my Audi and workable finance options. Once I made the deal I moved on to work with David in finance. He got me taken care of quickly and made me feel good about my purchase. One thing I noticed throughout the process is how thorough Weatherford is in taking care of the customer. When I purchased my Audi at another dealership it was more of rushed process where I never really felt my business was all that appreciated (apparently others thought the same because the Audi dealer is a 1/3 the size now). Weatherford has been prompt in replying to any questions I have about my car and has always taken the time to follow up to see how I'm doing. Overall I've been extremely happy with my purchase and my interactions with Weatherford. They've definitely gained another loyal customer. More
This Review is for Weatherford BMW Service Center My Car This Review is for Weatherford BMW Service Center My Car was here for service (twice) after accident and they claimed the money from the Insurance co This Review is for Weatherford BMW Service Center My Car was here for service (twice) after accident and they claimed the money from the Insurance company during that time. Even though I told them that the issue is still there (through Email) they asked me to take the car back and return for service if the problem exits. I got the car back and inform same day afternoon that the problem is still there. They asked me to get the car back and asked me to Pay the diagnosis fee (around $1000) even though they confirm that the problem was the same reported earlier. I asked why did not you fix earlier (two times) and request me to take the car and bring it back. Finally the service manager Mr. Peter told we are here to make money and running some business. I insisted him that your service person only suggest to take the car and bring it back. He verified all emails and when found that there is mistake from their side he became furious and told you better handle the case and talk to insurance company then get the car to our shop if you are ready to pay. In the mean time the BMW Body shop were ready to take the car so that they can talk to Insurance company . But Mr. Peter insist the body shop guy not to take the car and talk to him sarcastically "You would have heavy traffic of Cars to repair and no space for this car" so better leave it. Moral of the review that : Never take your car to this Service Center. This is my first bad experience with BMW ever and feel Mr. Peter was more money centric that's why he charged from the Insurance first then ask me to take the car back so that he can make some more money from me. More
