I bought a car in this shop and need to discussed the price with james. We agree on the price and the loan's rate and when it was the time to sign, james swithch the rate without any concern (a jump of m price with james. I tried to discuss with him, but impossible, he treated me like a bug that he want to crash. One of the worst manager that you can imagine, arrogant, selfish and not customer oriented. BMW is for me a sign of respect, high quality. But with James, BMW is for me sign of Arrogance, Disrespect... The price of this shop is ok, but huge problem of management. More
