5/30/13 I got 2008 535i from weatherford BMW after they told me that this 2008 BMW the car to buy because they spend a lots of money on the car to make sure this car very clean ,so I trust them and the car told me that this 2008 BMW the car to buy because they spend a lots of money on the car to make sure this car very clean ,so I trust them and the carfax they provide me and told the manger and sales man I'm getting this 2008 BMW for my wife and new 3 month baby boy because I want them to be in safe car . After we left the lot we start having problems with car from day one and went back to them and they say nothing wrong don't worry the car very good ,so I don't believe what they say and went to concord BMW and paid 200 dollar to check the car and they give long list and transmission oil leak so went back to weatherford BMW with paper work and they fix the leak and checked everything again but problems never stooped so I haired law firm I told them the story of 2 months of problems with weatherford BMW and they did auto check on my BMW and told me that weatherford BMW sold me a car with structural damage frame or unibody and they know about all this and misrepresent the car to me just to make so much money on me and sold it to me for 25000 out the door and care for the safety of my wife and baby and now I'm filling complaints with DMV and the state for fraud and taking them to court and this car it's not worth 10 to 12 k I'm not sure how BMW finance give them 25000 on car like this ???????? Because they all bad business . More

Thanks to Boris S., an exceptionally nice, knowledgeable and helpful salesman, this was the best and most pleasant experience. The new car arrived on time as promised. Boris even picked me up at my address and gave me a ride to the dealership when the new car arrived. Thank you Boris. The BMW X1 xDrive 28i (Valencia orange exterior!) is awesome! I was in the market for a CPO BMW in May. I contacted their Internet sales department as they seemed to have one of the higher inventories in the Bay Area, especially for 3-series 'verts. I was routed t their Internet sales department as they seemed to have one of the higher inventories in the Bay Area, especially for 3-series 'verts. I was routed to Chris Phan and that is where the "fun" began. Through a weeklong series of emails, Chris tried every sleazy hard-sell tactic in the book to get me to come in to the dealership. As a professional salesperson myself, I tend to find these antics annoying and tacky. I live 30 miles from the dealership so I was hoping to at least get a reasonable price negotiated prior to committing multiple hours on a scouting trip. Chris didn't seem to understand or appreciate this and instead tried to lure me into the dealership. I guess in used car sales 101 the handbook says that they aren't real buyers if they aren't in the door! "Let me check with my manager and see if that offer will be accepted." Reasonable. "That offer leaves no meat on the bone." So is it accepted or not? "Sorry, my manager is really busy and won't get on the phone with you. Also, I won't give you his phone number." Um, what? "Maybe your offer would be accepted if you come in to the dealership." Right next to the white van with the puppy. Long story short... This dragged on enough that I was able to find a comparable vehicle at a different BMW dealer in the area that I ended up purchasing. My experience at the other dealer wasn't painless, but in retrospect, I wasn't subject to a bunch of hard-sell nonsense by B-league used car sales. More
