Took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Didn't complete one of the items because they didn't have the necessary items. That's ok, but I wasn't even contacted about it. This was absolutely the worst purchasing experience of my life. I confirmed purchase of a used vehicle and the trade in of my vehicle 5 business days prior to me driving 7 hours to make the purchase. When I arrived, on time, as planned, the vehicle I was purchasing wasn't ready. In fact, it hadn't even been through the detail process yet. Then, when I test drove it, there were issues with things that had not been looked at. The vehicle was also not as it was shown on their website in the photos. The entire process took almost 5 hours, they tried to low ball me on the trade in, after I had sent them pictures and discussed it over the phone, I had zero financing, and the transaction process took over 90 minutes and they were going to let me leave without pay. I had to ask them if they wanted me to make the payment for the remaining balance on the vehicle. I then got the vehicle home, only to discover more problems with the vehicle. I am still waiting on a refund check from them for the cost of taking the vehicle to my local Chevrolet dealership, which I did at their direction, only to discover they put the wrong mirrors on the truck prior to selling it to me. I would NEVER return to this delearship. More
