The experience of buying a car at Walser Hyundai in Brooklyn Park was very stress-free. I came in September and looked at some cars in the parking lot, and I wasn’t bothered by anybody while looking around the lot until I went inside and asked to speak to somebody. Maybe it’s not the experience some people want, but I wanted to be able to understand what I was looking at for myself. I decided it wasn’t the right time to buy a car when I was there, so I took a business card from the salesman Paul Hutchins. A couple months later, I had a long time to think through the issues I had with my existing car before it died, so when it did, I sent Paul a text with the information on the car I was looking at. I came in the next day to do a test drive, and a few days later I drove off the lot in the right car for me. There was only one time I felt some pressure, which was towards the end of the transaction when someone else came to talk to me about extended warranties, oil change packages, protection packages, etc. but they still respected the decisions I had made and didn’t force anything on me. I will return in the future when I (or someone else I know) need a car. More

I expressed concerns to the sales people who arranged my lease about significant shortfall of the vehicle’s mpg vs the manufacturer sticker (claim: 37; actual average: 28 after 1,200 miles). I booked an oil change for 415, arrived at 415, I did not get my car back until 625!!! I checked in at the 1.5-hour mark and they said they hadn't started yet. I had an appointment at 645 and missed it becau get my car back until 625!!! I checked in at the 1.5-hour mark and they said they hadn't started yet. Over 2 hours for a oil change is crazy! I will not be back. More

I’ve been going there for service since 2010. i drove from south Minneapolis for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. The car wash was broken, as was the coffee machine. Rhett is fantastic, we bought three cars from him and would recommend him to anyone. I would never recommend getting any service done at this dealership. I had a seatbelt issue, they said they will order the piece, it will come in a few days, and made an appointment for me to bring the car back end of week. when I get there I find out that they didn’t even order the piece. they were completely not informed about the problem I was facing and said that I need to come back when I get a text that the piece arrived. why they made an appointment for me, before ordering the piece is beyond me. the people checking in around the same time I was also had similar frustrating situations.
