It took too long to get my vehicle repaired. The check engine light came on after repairs. They said they couldn’t do anything about it. They checked why the light was on. He was well informed about the vehicle we chose as well as other comparable vehicles. He addressed all of our questions, and we left feeling confident about the vehicle we purchased as well as the dealership we chose to purchase it from. We highly recommend this dealership and Rhett Dressel!! More
Walser Hyundai were absolutely amazing. A month earlier I was involved in an accident in which my car was totaled. On top of that, just a month prior to my accident I bought a house. Walser A month earlier I was involved in an accident in which my car was totaled. On top of that, just a month prior to my accident I bought a house. Walser came in clutch in my time of need and finances were tight. The car I was interested in was already pulled up, washed and ready for me. Samson was amazing to work with. He was energetic, professional, and charismatic. He made the process super easy. The finance manager even managed to keep me with the same lender who I was using for my totaled vehicle and got me a great rate with all things considered. The only gripe I have which isn't even a gripe or deal breaker was the lack of snack options. All they have is popcorn and water, which my pregnant wife couldn't really stomach due to her morning sickness. Fortunately the process has become so streamlined that we were only there for a few hours. So thank you Walser Hyundai. You made my car buying process in my time of need quick and painless. More

In fact I have even recommended them to friends and family. I won’t be doing that again after this week. The staff is inefficient, inept, incompetent and nonchalant. They don’t communicate with staff and have no idea what they are doing. I brought my car in for a check engine light on Monday and ignored my car and when they finally fixed the problem I had to return the car two more times because they broke stuff during service or didn’t finish the job properly. I’m not sure what else they broke in my car. Waiting to find out! Horrible experience and I don’t trust them anymore More
I switched from another dealership to Walser because of their close proximity to my workplace. Very happy with service! their close proximity to my workplace. Very happy with service! More

This review is for a used 2024 Hyundai vehicle purchase. I've had five previously great experiences with Walser dealerships (Honda and Subaru) up until this miserable sales and service combo. A few issues w I've had five previously great experiences with Walser dealerships (Honda and Subaru) up until this miserable sales and service combo. A few issues with the vehicle and related post-sale service: I was told it had the full multi-point pre-sale inspection safety check, yet the vehicle was sold with low coolant and a windshield washer fluid delivery system that leaked the entire contents of the reservoir onto the road. I'm assuming the vehicle received either a token inspection sign-off (wink*, wink*, everything should be fine...) or the service team needs some better training on what to look for and how to execute a checklist. I brought the vehicle into the dealership the day after the sale to correct the low coolant and washer fluid issues. The coolant issue was resolved, but the washer fluid immediately drained out again during the ride home. I brought vehicle back to service for leaking washer fluid again, and was told it was really fixed this time, but after multiple "fixes", washer fluid is still draining out of the system, and there has yet to be an ACTUAL resolution to the issue. Regarding the sale: I was promised a copy of the pre-sales inspection record and never received it (after multiple requests - curious). After communicating a number of times with the sales associate regarding the service issues I eventually stopped receiving replies altogether. I was never given a follow up check-in after the sale, which I believe is Walser protocol. The no call is particularly curious considering the issues I had with vehicle right out of the parking lot. The sales pitch on all of the extra warranty items became fairly high pressure and uncomfortable when the sales associate sensed that I might not be interested. After the associate "talked to the manager" I was offered a lower finance rate if I added in the extended warranty, though I wasn't told what the new rate was when I asked (I was only given the new monthly payment), and was no longer offered the lower rate when I declined the extended warranty. Gross. All in all this purchase left a pretty bad taste in my mouth - for Walser Hyundai, and really, for car sales in general. More
