After living with a horrible squeaking noise from the back trunk area on our 2019 XT5 for a while, I sent Melissa Kangas a video with the sound, last Friday (1/24/20). Erich in service dept called me that very same afternoon, asking me if I could bring it in ASAP, on Monday (1/27:20), said they would correct the problem in one day, along with providing me a loaner car. Quinn called me at end of the day to advise problem had been resolved.
