The same young man came over when I was getting into my CTS Coupe to leave, and said he loved my car…it is really unique and I’ve kept it like new. All in all, a very pleasant service experience. Excellent care of my vehicle and me I have had excellent customer service from all members of the Michael Stead team since I purchased my XT5 in October 2018. There were a few issu I have had excellent customer service from all members of the Michael Stead team since I purchased my XT5 in October 2018. There were a few issues which were quickly resolved/fixed so far (my most recent visit is still a bit of a mystery since of course my brakes wouldn't freeze up while there). I do not live near the dealership so an Uber is provided both ways which has been very helpful. I love getting my vehicle back clean and repaired which always makes me smile. I do recommend this dealership! More
