Brian Smith is "A Man Of His Word"! I talked with Brian weeks before this purchase and informed him I had to purchase my last toyota from a different dealership out of the area because t I talked with Brian weeks before this purchase and informed him I had to purchase my last toyota from a different dealership out of the area because the prices were so much better. Brian informedme that when dealing with him, that would not be the case this time. Brian assisted us every step of the way to get the better then best price and worked quickly to resolve an accessories addition issue. Positive Buying Experience When my wife and I visited Toyota of Waldorf recently, we were not planning to purchase a new car since the 2010 Corolla we owned had only 67, 000 mil When my wife and I visited Toyota of Waldorf recently, we were not planning to purchase a new car since the 2010 Corolla we owned had only 67, 000 miles and still looked and performed great. We were simply following up on a letter we received in the mail from Toyota encouraging us to consider looking at the latest model. When we first drove up, Mike Glover stood at the showroom door with the most welcoming smile. He asked if he could help with anything. We could tell immediately that he was a people person because his approach was pleasant and was not pushy. His eagerness to help did not give us a feeling of pressure to buy. He had a great sense of humor and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Mike explained the letter we were there to discuss and was open and willing to answer any questions. He struck us as having a good understanding of Toyota products, and explained the pros and cons of trading for a new model at that point, but he never tried to pressure us. Toward the end of the process, I told Mike I thought we needed a few days to think about buying because we really didn't intend to buy that day. Still no feeling of pressure. Mike was understanding and told us that whenever we were ready, he would be very happy to work with us. In the end, we decided to trade for the 2014 Corolla S+ (that day). Mike's approach, demeanor, and professionalism had a great deal to do with our decision. We will definitely refer others interested in purchasing a new vehicle to Toyota of Waldorf, and more specifically, to Mike. Great buying experience! More

Our most recent purchase was a new 2014 Tundra and every experience has bee We first purchased a new 2008 Tacoma from ToW then again a new 2009 Venza. Our most recent purchase was a new 2014 Tundra and every experience has been exceptional. When we go into purchase a vehicle it is not without a lot of research before hand and comparison with other brands, everytime we have come back to ToW. Another reason for our return to ToW is the customer service we receive from Allen, Blake and Eddie. My husband is a talker and often times gets long winded but these gentlemen always give him courtesy to listen. At no time are we made to feel like we are wasting their time or that we are just another number coming through. More
Exceptional Service Everytime! I have had the pleasure of taking my vehicles(3) in for service since 2008 and Rick Laslo has always(almost always) been my service advisor. Being a f I have had the pleasure of taking my vehicles(3) in for service since 2008 and Rick Laslo has always(almost always) been my service advisor. Being a female going into a service department can be overwelming with all the "parts and service" talk but from day one Rick has always put me at ease and made sure I really did understand what was being done to the vehicles and at times took the time to talk to my spouse to explain a service being done when I was unable to relay it clearly. Rick is always quick to ask about my family and how we are all doing because he wants to know not because he is making "small talk". I can say without hesitation that Rick Laslo is a hardworking, honest and (always) happy when it comes to his job. Toyota should feel privlaged to have such a great employee!! More

When I walked into the dealership, I was expecting to hear the same bad news I had heard from several dealerships that week. Talking to Mark, I told him my credit situation and explained that I had just hear the same bad news I had heard from several dealerships that week. Talking to Mark, I told him my credit situation and explained that I had just stopped in to see how far off I was from being able to get a safe car for work. Working with Eddie and Hollis, he was able to get me out of my junked up '98 Explorer and into a beautiful 2011 Camry. I couldn't stop smiling the rest of the day. These guys are fantastic, and will work hard to get you into a great vehicle. Never been happier! More
