Brian Smith is the best salesman I have ever worked with. I am a detail oriented and well-researched consumer who hates the car buying process. However, working with Brian Smith at Toyota of Waldorf was undoubtedly the best car buying experience I've had. My wife and I were looking for a vehicle our growing family could use for the next 8-10 years, and were very thurough in our shopping process. Unlike nearly every other dealership/salesman in the area, Brian was extermenly patient with us, very knowledgable about every model we looked at, and very professional throughout the entire process. Even when we took our time making a decision, he was very polite and respectful by not pressuring us and kept in contact in a reasonable fasion (once/week through email, instead of daily calls like many other dealerships). After deciding on a vehicle, I determined a fair target price using Kelly Blue Book, USAA, and Consumer Reports websites. Brian knew I had done my homework, and our negotiation was painless. We quickly settled on a fair price below retail value with nearly zero negotiation and absolutely NO HAGLING. We had a slight hiccup receiving the car we wanted (due to a miscommunication with another regional dealership) which was not Brian's fault. He handled the issue very well, and made sure we got the exact car we wanted. He even offered to buy us a tank of gas to compensate for our extra time/travel from Leonardtown. I will be referring all my friends in SOMD to Brian because he truly breaks the stereotype of high-pressure car sales. I hope that all my future car buying experiences are as pleasant and professional as this one. Great job Brian! More

Awesome! I loved my 2011 FJ Cruiser, but felt I needed a new one as this is the last year they are making this vehicle. I went to Toyota of Waldorf, and Bob Bo I loved my 2011 FJ Cruiser, but felt I needed a new one as this is the last year they are making this vehicle. I went to Toyota of Waldorf, and Bob Bowman once again was able to get me the vehicle I wanted, at the fair price I wanted. Mr. Bowman always makes the purchase process smooth, painless, and pleasant. I would recommend this dealership, and Mr. Bowman to anyone who is interested in buying a new car. They also do an amazing job in taking care of all your car needs after the purchase is completed. Their service department is also outstanding. We went to test drive a 2012 Corolla LE that we saw on their website. We went though the process, really liked the car, and agreed to purchase it. While doing the paperwork, Brian Smith worked with the sales manager and got us a deal for a new 2014 Corolla LE model, with several more features than the 2012 had. We ended up paying only $1600 more for the 2014 model than we were going to pay for the 2012 model. Needless to say, we left very pleased. Brian Smith and Josh Siegel were a pleasure to work with during this process, friendly and professional. I don't know why anyone would buy a Toyota somewhere other than Toyota of Waldorf. More

We visited a few other dealers and asked for their best price. Bascially they just agreed to match a price we found on the internet months ago and didn't even take much effort to see if they had what we wanted in stock. After giving us their supposedly "best price" they kept asking what it would take to get our business and they would find us a car. When we replied your best price, we just got more pressure. No one beat Earnest's price and no other dealer came close as far as customer service. The other dealers tried to pressure and rush us to make a decision. Even if you hadn't had my 1st choice in color I believe I still would have come back to you because of the people. Very enjoyable buying experience. Joshua was very patient with our questions on the extended warranty and after hearing about the long commute I face, he recommended which options weren't a good match for us and helped us feel comfortable with the choices we did make. I would definitley recommend Earnest, Joshua and Waldorf Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car. More
