I knew it would be a while to get it repaired and had been thinking about a new car over the summer. I have had 2 Corollas and love them. Pulled on the lot Saturday morning and saw my dream car right away. Brian took great care of me showing off the new features and paving the way for closing the deal. Josh was awesome in financing. I had an emergency with my vehicle and ended up talking with Rick Laslo and decided to bring my car for service and have been dealing directly with Rick ever since. What a joy it has been to have Rick provide the service for my Camry and I'm sorry to see that Toyota's "Tires for Life" program is no longer available, it has been a great proponent for me to have my service performed at Toyota. I have seen many positive changes in the Service Department since my bad experience, but Mr. Laslo is the reason that I am still having anything done at Toyota of Waldorf...what a great team member he is for you. I spoke with the person in finance and before i knew it I was an owner of a new used car. They listened to my concerns and gave me terms that I could live with. Disappointed! I feel I was taken for a fool. I should have known it sounded too good to be true. I was told I would be 'given' a 3 year 'warranty', what I wasn' I feel I was taken for a fool. I should have known it sounded too good to be true. I was told I would be 'given' a 3 year 'warranty', what I wasn't told was that it would cost me $1.500.00! Frank McGeady (our salesperson) was wonderful - knowledgeable, considerate, honest, and not pushy at all! Because we live out of state, we had several conversations via phone first. Frank was so patient with me and answered all of our questions. My husband and I then drove from Ohio to buy the car! The entire staff at Toyota of Waldorf was polite and friendly.
