Bob Bowman sold me my first Toyota Sienna and now my second. Bob is the perfect salesman. He is so laid back, no pressure, very knowledgeable, answering any question I had. I drove over 60 miles passing several dealerships to buy my new car from Toyota of Waldorf. Four members of my family have bought vehicles from them. Allen Walker, General Sales Manager, was great in closing my purchase. He definitely made me feel like I was family. Eddie Richardson in finance did an excellent job and I was on my way in no time. Because I am a Navy Federal Credit Union member, I evaluated and researched cars via the Navy Federal Auto Buying Program. The program offers members with an extensive research database to search for numerous cars, new and used; mileage and locations. Frank McGeady of Toyota of Waldorf contacted me within 24 hours and described the Navy Federal Program partnership with the dealership. Frank was friendly and professional. He directed me through the car buying process, insurance purchasing process and his colleague, DJ, too, assisted. All members of the staff at Toyota of Waldorf offered a first time car buyer assistance. I highly recommend Navy Federal and others, to visit the dealer's website and visit. Most important to me was Frank's focus on me, the customer. During the visit, he permitted me to evaluate the car, identify minor concerns and take the car out for a test drive. He listened attentively to my concerns and promised me that he would ameliorate these concerns before selling me the car. When I received my car, the car was PERFECT with a full tank of gas. Mark Stancell was awesome. Mark used the no pressure approach which is what I needed after coming to Toyota from Hyundai.
