Emily is Excellent! I was in an unfortunate situation with a car I purchased from CarMax (note to self, never go there again!) It was plagued with mechanical issues and expensive to fix, I needed out of that car and fast. I found Toyota of Waldorf and Emily Eggleston was my customer service person. She was honest, patient, helpful and did her utmost to ensure that I felt like a valued customer. I purchased a 2014 Prius V with the assistance of Emily and the finance manager Josh Siegel who also worked wonders to ensure I secured a great interest rate and warranty. I am so thoroughly pleased with my experience that I am telling any and everyone who will listen that Toyota of Waldorf is the only place to go if you're looking for quality service and cars!!! More

Mike Clements is the Best I bought a 2011 RAV4 from Toyota of Waldorf a few days ago. Mike Clements, the Used Car Manager, was extremely helpful in taking care of some minor pr I bought a 2011 RAV4 from Toyota of Waldorf a few days ago. Mike Clements, the Used Car Manager, was extremely helpful in taking care of some minor problems the day I bought the car; but his "going the extra mile" for me didn't stop there. Last night when I was about to run an errand, I noticed the Low Tire Pressure light was on. I found one of my tires about 15 psi low. I filled the tire with air; but not finding a nail or anything visibly wrong with the tire and noting that I had only lost about 2 psi from the tire overnight, I called Mike the next morning and asked if they would look at the tire. The Service Department found a small nail in the tire and, thanks to Mike, did not charge me for fixing it. The Service Managers, LaBaron Hawkins and Regina White, treated me like family. These two young people are a notch above any service managers I have ever met. They have great personalities on top of all that "knowing your stuff" business. I was so taken aback with the "over the top" way they took care of me, that I went out and got them gift cards for their next lunch. Mike Clements, LaBaron Hawkins, and Regina White obviously take care of their customers and want my future business. They will certainly get it. On a scale of 10, these folks are 11s. Thank you. More

When I came into the Waldorf Many Thanks to my saleman Earnest Winston, on a scale of 10 you're truly a 9.5 in my book. I'm loving my new 2015 RAV4. When I came into the Waldorf dealership I only new I wanted a SUV, but did not know which SUV I wanted. Mr. Winston's showed me many of the SUV there on the lot. I did not see anything that was a must have and told him I wanted to think on it. Mr. Winston told me to come into his office and then log onto his computer and showed me more SUV's. He showed me the 2015 RAV4, and ask what color did I want, found it and told me it would be in the next day. I came back the next day and was in and out. Also many thanks Mr. Winston and the staff that help make my buying experience a great experience. More

I went to the CarMax Website and found what I was looking for (one car out of hundreds had what I wanted). Unfortunately for them, the car did not have the equipment they advertised and that I needed. The salesman was so out of it and unhelpful, I left; and even though I had not found what I wanted on the Toyota Website, I went to Toyota of Waldorf to see Bob Bowman. Bob had done a fabulous job of helping me look for a car about a year ago, but what I wanted just wasn't there. I didn't forget how helpful and candid he was though and decided to see if he could help me. This time he found what I wanted in minutes and thanks to a very smooth checkout with Josh Siegel, I went home with the perfect 2011 RAV4 a few hours later. When I came back with a few questions later that evening, Bob was out on a Toyota errand; but Mike Clements, the Used Car Manager, was extremely helpful and "bent over backwards" to take care of me. In short, you guys have a fabulous team and deserve all those awards you have gotten. I have purchased a lot of cars and trucks over my more than 50 adult years, and Bob Bowman is the best and most helpful I have ever worked with. Thank you so much. More
Best Experience I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. Most of the time it felt like going to the dentist and we all know how that feels. This had to be the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. My sales person, Frank McGeady, was the utmost professional with just the right dab of humor. He made the purchase process so smooth and easy. He is just so pleasant. A wonderful asset to Toyota of Waldorf. When the time comes to purchase another toyota, I hope that Frank is still at Waldorf toyota. He went out of his way to make sure that when I drove off with my new RAV 4 (with all the bells and whistles) I understood where everything was. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process and that is very unusual when purchasing a car. Josh Siegel made financing a breeze. He had everything ready for us and it didn't hurt a bit. Toyota of Waldorf, keep up the good work and never let Frank McGeady go! I also want to give accolades to Wilson Patterson. We ordered our car in advance to the 2015's arriving. Wilson kept us aware of when we could order. When the time was right, he made sure we got our order in and he was the one instrumental in making sure what we wanted was what we got. The car arrived perfect with all the bells and whistles already in place. He is so easy to deal with and has the most pleasant personality. It made the whole experience so easy thanks to the advance ordering. More

We were in Waldorf on an errand and had some extra time and my wife convinced me to drop by the Toyota dealer to just look around. I was not planning to buy that day. Mike Glover took the reins, driving us around the lot to look at what was left of the end of model year sale. We have a Camry with 250K miles so we check out the Camry. I was interested in something with a larger rear seating capacity for long trips so also checked out the Avalon. Mike did a great job of showing the cars, explaining many of the features that were new to us. He was friendly, good-humored, low-key. I never felt any urgency or pressure. Mike spent about two hours with us and it was a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Mike took us on a test drive of the Avalon. sMy wife got to do a panic stop and test the acceleration. The ability of the steering wheel to move in toward the dash, helped her small frame feel more comfortable and fitted in the driver's seat. I liked what I saw and the sales manager made us a deal we couldn't refuse. Jaun Gaddy moved us quickly and efficiently through the loan paper work. First time I ever had a four year loan at 0%. We drove a new car home. Thanks to everyone at Waldorf Toyota for a great experience. More
