Excellent Customer Service A couple of months ago, I had the opportunity to purchase a Toyota Camry from the Toyota of Waldorf's Dealership and my sales person was Randy Flower A couple of months ago, I had the opportunity to purchase a Toyota Camry from the Toyota of Waldorf's Dealership and my sales person was Randy Flowers. He is a very delightful young man with great potential. He really tried to please me because I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle at the time. However, with his personal touch of influence, I was convinced that I was making the right choice. He told me to contact him for anything referencing my purchase and he would direct my path. Randy brought the vehicle to my house and that was another thing that really impressed me. I appreciated his kind words and his beautiful smile. #1 Dealership in Southern Maryland I was in the market to lease a vehicle and I ended up at Toyota of Waldorf. The saleman, Earnest Winston treated me like royalty. Go somewhere else I called this dealership several times and either no one would answer or the person that answered wouldn't call me back with the info I needed. There I called this dealership several times and either no one would answer or the person that answered wouldn't call me back with the info I needed. There was very little follow-up. Finally I got Earnest Winston on the line and things seemed like it would improve. That was short-lived. The car purchasing went quickly since I told him I had limited time. Post-purchase, i was bombarded with emails from Toyota, that dealership and/or Mr. Winston. I probably got well over 10 emails. I've purchased Toyotas two other times but with other dealerships and never got all those emails. I replied back to Mr. Winston on one of the emails to ask him how I could order a back cover for my vehicle. No response. Mind you, his emails claimed he was available post-purchase. I never got a call or email that my tags had arrived. I called the dealership and was told that they were sitting there. Really? Then I was told that the finance person didn't process my tags properly so I should bring extra money. I get there and the receptionist could not find my tags. I spent 30 minutes waiting for them to figure out what happened to my tags. Mr. Winston casually comes out and tells me to just come back the next Monday. I reminded him that I lived 45 minutes away and the reason I came that day was because my temporary tags were a few days from expiration and when I called I was told my tags were ready. I loathe this dealership. Horrible customer service. The facility is run down as well. I don't plan on ever getting my car serviced there; I wouldn't be comfortable. Seriously, save your save a headache and a low-grade nightmare and go somewhere else. More

Earnest Winston Earnest was wonderful! I live in Alexandria, VA and when I called, he explained everything to me over the phone that made me go directly to Toyota of Earnest was wonderful! Everything was handled in only two trips - mainly because i wanted a different color than what was offered at the dealership. They found the color I wanted. :-) i have referred customers to Earnest and will return for my next car. More

One day I came to the dealership to bring my car I have been purchasing Toyota's for the last 10 years. I surely wasn't in the market for a new car. One day I came to the dealership to bring my car in for service and while I was waiting, I decided to go look at what was on the lot. I ended up meeting Ms. Latimer. She is excellent! Her knowledge, patience and customer service skills is like no other. Ms. Latimer took the time with me to show me the different cars that I was interested in and what the main difference is between them all. She is very convincing! Do I need to say that I had to call my husband to get a ride to the dealership so that he could drive that OLD car home....I had a new one! Thanks Tina! More

Bob is knowledgeable and friendly and really explained to the Tee everything I wanted to know. I felt very comfortable and at ease making my purchase. He iis truly an asset to this Dealership.
