The salesman I worked with, Brian Langford, was top notch! It was not long after I inquired about a certain vehicle that he reached out. After I put a deposit on the vehicle yet to enter production, he notch! It was not long after I inquired about a certain vehicle that he reached out. After I put a deposit on the vehicle yet to enter production, he gave me routine status updates on the build and delivery windows. Once the vehicle was delivered, he contacted me right away. We scheduled an appointment the next day to come in to see the vehicle. The weather was dreary, but Brian was prepared and had the vehicle ready to go for a walk-around, inside, and then a test drive. I wasn't committed to the vehicle yet, and Brian knew that, but he wasn't pushy at all. He chose instead to show me all the great things about the vehicle. He was so friendly, and his strategy worked! I had a trade-in and at first didn't get offered what I was looking for. Brian took the time to really understand where I was at in terms of what I was looking to get for the trade-in, and he didn't hesitate to take that back to the folks that make those decisions. This was by-far the best car-buying experience I've had (5th car purchased). The only less-than-ideal aspect of my experience was the dealership's refusal to budge on vehicle price, but they worked with me on my trade-in, so there was at least that concession. More
