Extremely Happy Customers Our experience was quite pleasant and not nearly as time consuming as I thought it would be. My husband went there the day before to check out the van Our experience was quite pleasant and not nearly as time consuming as I thought it would be. My husband went there the day before to check out the van while I did research at home. I spoke with our sales rep (Randy Flowers) and set up a time to meet and test drive the car. By the time we got to the dealership, our financing was already approved, and the van was out front, gassed up, and waiting for the test drive. Less than 2 hours later, we drove our new van home. I'm also impressed with the warranties, which vary from length and coverage options. The entire process was very smooth and low stress. Any questions, including follow were answered. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

More Than Satisfied I dealt with salesperson Tina Latimer. I was more than satisfied. First, I must say that everytime I dealt with Todd Dwars of the service departmen I dealt with salesperson Tina Latimer. I was more than satisfied. First, I must say that everytime I dealt with Todd Dwars of the service department on my 18 year old Lexus 300, I would stop by and look at the Toyota Avalon. I know at least 3 salesmen came out to talk to me and try to get me to buy the car or at least check it out and I always said no, I can't afford to buy a new car - "just looking." Well, on September 23, 2015, I did my regular routine and I saw a lady walking towards me. I thought she was also just looking at cars until she said she would go and get the key and let me just "sit" in it. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to buy a car. She was so smooth, friendly and welcoming to me until the next thing I know I was sitting inside at her desk and she went over to talk with her manager. A couple of hours later, wow, I was finally driving off of the lot in "my" very own beautiful, wonderful avalon. I would like to thank Tina very much for how nice she was and I could really say comforting as she told me I would only live once so do it. In fact, I would also describe her as a "great" salesperson. I would like to thank her for the wonderful experience with her and how she handled everything. More
