It takes a lot of time to visit all of the various dealerships as well as looking online, and to assess different makes of automobiles. It took us approximately three weeks. We had some good experiences and some not so good experiences. We finally decided on two different vehicles. Unfortunately, one of the vehicles at another dealership was not available for a test drive. So we went back to Toyota of Waldorf. We had chatted with Brian Smith like a week or ten days before. There was no pressure when we spoke with Brian the first time. He answered all of our questions and shared lots of information about various Toyota vehicles as we walked about the lot. So we were not surprised when we returned the second time and found the same pleasant and professional person in Brian. We took our time as we were trying to decide between a Sienna and a Camry. Brian was already having a busy morning but he was very easy going and helpful. We ended up purchasing the Camry. I have to say while it took a little time to go through the process, it was a good experience. Of all, Dwayne was the most kno I was in the market for a Highlander, and I visited a couple of dealerships and was in touch with a couple of others. Of all, Dwayne was the most knowledgeable salesperson I worked with and just so easy to talk to. In fact I was telling other dealers about the model and what was new based on the information Dwayne gave me. Will was the sales manager, and he was just to the point with the numbers, and he didn't play the usual games I've come to expect. Excellent Experience Recently i was in search for a reliable vehicle to replace a car that my father purchased for me in college. The car took me where I needed to go, but I experienced some major issues with the vehicle throughout 6 years of driving . My goal was to find a car that I could depend on and that was also stylish and had all of the bells and whistles that I wanted in a car. My dad pointed me in the direction of a Toyota, not only because he is an owner himself but because he trusted the brand. I am 25 years old and this was my first car purchase, so I was excited and nervous all at once, but a salesperson by the name of Kirtina Latimer of Toyota Scion of Waldorf made my first car buying experience stress-free. I gave her the description of the car I wanted from the color to the features and she was able to locate it and have sent to me. I couldn't be happier driving my new 2015 red Toyota Camry with the sunroof open and my bluetooth activation service.
