First time new car buyer This was the very first car that I have bought in my entire life. First car buying experience ever! First brand new car ever! Waldorf Toyota stood out This was the very first car that I have bought in my entire life. First car buying experience ever! First brand new car ever! Waldorf Toyota stood out from all the other dealerships reaching out to me by their positive sales associates. They offered to come and pick me up when they heard I did not have a vehicle. They found the best prices “YES” prices on the vehicles I was interested in. And they stayed with me well beyond closing time without making me feel like I was bothering them! Jose Redd really listened to me and helped guide me in choosing the best vehicle fit for my situation. He was kind, courteous, honest and patient with me. Thank you Jose!! When I sat with Eid Taylor he also was patient and thorough with the financial portion of my car buying experience. Service Appointment Tammy Kunitz is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Her customer service was excellent. I can’t say the same for the service technician though. I brought my 2013 Highlander in for service at 114,500. Just standard oil change, check all lights fluids, rotate tires etc. My drivers side headlight had been out for a couple weeks and I was waiting to get it replaced because I knew It was going in for maintenance. After checking out I went to my vehicle and checked to see if the headlight had been replaced. Nope, still out. I notified Tammy. She was wonderful. She immediately notified the service department manager and made him replace the bulb. He said it was on when he checked them during service which he was wrong because I knew it was out to begin with. It concerns me what other stuff he missed while servicing my vehicle. I also had a no slip pad on my center console for my cell phone that came up missing. It was there when I dropped the vehicle off but was not when I left the service department. More

Jose is the man to talk to he presented our car in a way no one has ever presented a car before. Look you ever bought something and then had to figure out what it does... Mhmm Jose seriously will have you love the car YOU choose and Help you know your car before you leave. This man has been by far thee best Salesperson we have ever met. Will Riddick was one of the best financing agents that we have ever worked with. He walked us step by step on everything and he didn't close the deal until we was very satisfied with our payments! We have bought many new and used Vehicles but this dealship has the best customer service experience ever. We will be back! Has renewed my hatred of car service stations I had grinding brakes on my 2008 4 Runner, and I knew the service would require new rotors. I have changed the pads and rotors numerous times in addi I had grinding brakes on my 2008 4 Runner, and I knew the service would require new rotors. I have changed the pads and rotors numerous times in addition to replacing a seized brake caliper. I knew it would be expensive because of being a dealership, but I was not expecting the total xxxxxx I received. I expected to pay around 1000 dollars and was happy when it was only 900. During the replacement of the brakes, they discovered I also had a seized brake caliper, this had previously cost me around $75 at Autozone for the part. 4 rotors and brake pads have previously cost me around four hundred dollars to do the work myself. I was amazed when they said it was an additional 725 dollars for the new caliper. I am currently in the hospital and I am not capable of doing the work myself and only had the one day to get it done. The service rep told me there was no additional labor because the labor was already covered by already removing the rotors, tires, brake pads etc. What is even more a slap in the face is that he made it a point that he was doing me a favor. Just google 4 runner front brake caliper and see the price yourself. Great way to treat a 20 year vet and cancer patient. Absolutely horrible... More
Never again I purchased my 2006 Camry SE from this dealership in Sept 2005. I have taken my car here since day one. Back in 2015 my car was making noise and I too I purchased my 2006 Camry SE from this dealership in Sept 2005. I have taken my car here since day one. Back in 2015 my car was making noise and I took it there several times and they could not figure out the problem. Finally I took the car back and told them to keep it until they find the problem and they kept my car for 3 days then they came back with I needed a motor my options were to buy a new car or pay $7,000.00 for a new motor. So I went off in the dealership. I took my car to Rosner Toyota in Fredericksburg, VA and in less than 30 mins the technician found the problem and it cost me less than $200.00 to fix it. I have been going to Rosner Toyota ever since. "I WILL NEVER" deal with this dealership again. More
