There was a mishap with my finance paperwork twice, where it was either lost or misfiled. In order to make up for the poor experience the finance manager offered to have a full detail completed on my 2018 Highlander, this too was a poor experience. I had to take my car back three times before the detail was completed properly. The first two times the interior wasn’t cleaned as promised. More
