The only thing that bothered me was after having the truck washed and presented, I didn't notice a vertical scratch on the passenger side of the truck until the next morning. The truck was parked in my driveway and there were no stops from the dealership, so the scratch was already there, but I couldn't see it in the twilight. After the deal was closed and we were presented to the finance person, Michael Adeyeye, we were exhausted, having just returned from Atlanta, GA., but Michael's since of humor helped make the financial plunge less stressful. They were professional, courteous, and show they really want your business. Two other dealers would not negotiate with me over the phone and only encourage me to come in for a “test drive.” Waldorf worked with me, Matt was great and got me a great deal on my car. I save time and money. Ask for Matt. He’s great. Will purchase my car from them again. More
Disappointed After agreeing to $3200.00 of recommended repairs, which included radiator replacement, the mechanic recommended to have my water pump replaced, do to After agreeing to $3200.00 of recommended repairs, which included radiator replacement, the mechanic recommended to have my water pump replaced, do to hearing noise. This recommendation was after he fixed everything. The cost of replacing a water pump is $1700.00. I asked the dealership for a discount and they didn’t offer me any discount, despite being a customer for over 12 years and purchasing three cars from this dealership. I guess my loyalty was not valued; therefore, I will give my loyalty to another dealer who values customer loyalty. More

No pressures from our sales agent, Patricia Coffman, who was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Brianna Grimes of finance efficiently prepared all our paperwork and got everything done in 30 minutes, allowing us to make another appointment we had for the day. The next day, Patricia was off, and Jeremy Fortis kindly volunteered to show us the features on our new RAV4. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and helped us set up radio and safety features quickly. The sales manager (didn't get his card) worked with us to get a decent price for our new vehicle and another woman (didn't get her card) who sold us underscoring, was also knowledgeable and willing to work within our budget.. Overall, we were quite happy with the experience and our new RAV4. More

Basic Maintenance Was great but my wife was told 1.5 hours and ended up being there 3+ hours and no one even gave a heads up via text or call it was gonna take longer.
