Poor Customer Service and Lied too I’m Finance We were blindsided in Finance and told we needed to come up with $1,500 plus the trade and they said they sales person should have told us. No one eve We were blindsided in Finance and told we needed to come up with $1,500 plus the trade and they said they sales person should have told us. No one ever talked to us about that. When we got the car it had been driven by someone else (new car, was showing Odometer reading of 2 miles but actually had 14) and the tire blew the next day we had it home. They told me to pay for the replacement and once we drove off the lot we were responsible for it and there was nothing they were going to do. The Sales Manager Mr. Anderson was rude, disrespectful and flat out offensive when talking to my daughter and myself. He appeared to have a problem speaking with “women”. My husband was able to get better results from handling issues with this dealership. More

Typical outstanding service at Waldorf Toyota, MD. On Monday night, Jul 15, I made an online service appointment for the following day to do routine maintenance on my 2009 Corolla. I arrived by the sch On Monday night, Jul 15, I made an online service appointment for the following day to do routine maintenance on my 2009 Corolla. I arrived by the scheduled time. The service monitor, Kelvin _______, checked me in, resolved a limitation in the appointment system (Highest scheduled maintenance option was for 120,000 miles, My car had 147K miles.), and then he kept me informed about inspection findings, service options and prices, and progress on the repairs I selected. I was completely satisfied in how everything was handled. In the customer waiting area the coffee maker stopped working as I arrived to get some coffee; One of the persons in the nearby administrative area happened by, saw the problem, went a found the local coffee machine expert who came, determined that the machine needed repair, and went and got a thermos of fresh coffee. This visit was typical of the service I have consistently received at Waldorf Toyota. The helpful attitudes of everyone always make it a pleasure to visit Waldorf Toyota. More

Quick prompt service Scheduled a maintenance service for my vehicle then got a call regarding two recalls after I brought my vehicle in.
