Had to get my 2016 Highlander repaired due to service warning light. I’ve been unable to get the system corrected even after replacing parts that were identified as faulty. They serviced and replaced p warning light. I’ve been unable to get the system corrected even after replacing parts that were identified as faulty. They serviced and replaced parts as identified in the system and ran several tests to correct the problem. I received the vehicle back the next day and all was well. After driving home from the dealer the service engine lite activated again with the same codes as the original system fault. I call Lamont with this information and he requested that I bring it back for further investigation. I informed him that I had no means of getting back home if I had to leave it again. He told me no problem he would provide a rental for the time they need to correct the problem. This was a very nice offer and something they didn’t have to do. I’m waiting to see how it all turns out, but I’m impressed with the service I have received. More
