Finance staff Car buying service was excellent! Finance department has a POOR way of explaining that they need supportive documents. Stuart called me right after I Car buying service was excellent! Finance department has a POOR way of explaining that they need supportive documents. Stuart called me right after I spoke to Brianna Grimes and said everything to me without directly saying I was lying about my income. What is bizarre is that I have been driving the car approx. 20 days. In fact, Stuart spoke to me condensing, basically telling me I lied, all while indirectly calling me a liar. Needlessly to say, I told him I would bring documentation the next day and he HUNG THE PHONE UP on me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I called back and spoke to the manager, then I received a call back from Brianna talking to me like a valuable customer. Hiring people off the street without professionalism or lack of integrity isn't best customers right.... and this is what you will get. Unhappy customer Belinda B. More

2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD 0 miles $50,000 truck smells burnt during the first test drive Sales Manager says it’s normal. 4,000 miles later the clutch goes out. Waldorf Toyota refuses to fix it and smells burnt during the first test drive Sales Manager says it’s normal. 4,000 miles later the clutch goes out. Waldorf Toyota refuses to fix it and wants $3,100 out of pocket. We then hired an attorney to explore our options on why it’s not covered by warranty being that it is a 2020 vehicle. We then get a call from Thomas Kody the General Manager ( who’s dad also owns the delearship he is working for 😂 ) and he states if we don’t get our truck off of HIS lot by tomorrow then he will call Toyota financial services and have it repossessed himself under our behalf and once I told him he can’t repossess the vehicle that’s not in his name he simply told me “WATCH ME” We then come up to TOYOTA of Waldorf and go to service to buy parts for the Truck to get it fixed and Thomas Kody refused to do the services. So we bought the parts from Waldorf Toyota and said we would take it to Bayside Toyota who was great and said they would do it. The GM from Waldorf Toyota then emailed over to Bayside and told them to not do our services so now we are going to another Toyota instead further away and out of our everyday drive. After seeing this Waldorf Toyota is not managed by someone who has customer service skills nor any common sense on what it is to be a General Manager. Never again will we ever be going to buy another Toyota vehicle. More

My wife wanted the RAV4 hybrid and we had the pleasure of working with Matt Gill. He was knowledgeable and professional. We had a payment limit and they were able to get us the car she really wanted.
