Over charged for services in my view. My car was due for an oil change but I ended up spending almost 1000.00. They said they were going to clean out the debris from my car but they didn’ My car was due for an oil change but I ended up spending almost 1000.00. They said they were going to clean out the debris from my car but they didn’t even washed the car to compliment the cleaning from the dusty debris. I surely wasn’t please with that service cost. They didn’t even bother to remove all the debris from the Whole car just left the remaining in the trunk area as if the AC doesn’t work central? For the price I paid they could have removed all the debris; so I removed it myself and I wished I cleaned it all myself because I would have saved me some money if I knew they were going to half clean my car! My driver side seat belt got jammed after leaving the dealership and I had to climb out of it so I returned the car the next day and was charged $300 for just the buckle part only; the new buckle was a different color then the other buckles in my car. I found that a little tacky especially for the cost and not informing the customer that it wasn’t going to matched. Very disappointed! More

The car was purchased new in September 2019. This was the second service appointment with just under 5,000 miles on the car. Supposedly, the tires were rotated & the fluids topped off - all within 20 minutes which makes me question how thorough the “ service” really was. More
