I was pleased with the recall work and the 15,000 mile checkup that was accomplished though I was surprised we had not been informed that the parts were available for the recall and that we should bring o checkup that was accomplished though I was surprised we had not been informed that the parts were available for the recall and that we should bring our car in for that particular work. My wife had to mention the recall before you told her the work would be done. I was displeased with the fact that you did not replace the windshield wipers which were marked as needing replacement. We are elderly, I am in my 80's and it is difficult to bring our auto in as it is. Now we shall have to make another appointment to correct this. For having to do so I would think Toyota could replace those wipers for free! More
