Went in for a recall notice and oil change tire rotation. I told him I would be back in a few months. And as promised, I returned. He walked me through the whole Waldorf Toyota purchasing process with a friendly smile. And I drove away with a new car, not having purchase remorse. In the 25 yrs of purchasing vehicles, this was by far the best experience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. This dealership is not what I view as customer focused. A recent experience with service left me with a "bad taste in my mouth". Routine service and a tire pressure light! Service performed.
