Never had an issue with Service Dept. until last week. I took it in for the 20000 mile maintenance. The tech that worked on my truck left smudges (grease?) on the windshield where the re until last week. I took it in for the 20000 mile maintenance. The tech that worked on my truck left smudges (grease?) on the windshield where the reminder sticker goes, on my door handle, side of the door, the front of my hood, and, to boot, didn’t put the cap back on my stem valve after filling it with air. Tech was very inconsiderate; very disappointing. WIPE YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING A CUSTOMERS VEHICLE! Maybe it was an aberration, or just a lazy employee. More

If you want go service go to the Waldorf Toyota dealer. MR. Earnest Winston was my salesman and he was patient, professional and confident. He knows cars and was happy to answers all my questions and concerns as I battled between 2 models XSE and the TRD. Ms. Lovely followed up with all the product must haves. She reviewed all the warranties and there benefits. I finally purchased the 2022 Camry TRD and I Love It! Mr. Reggie in the finance made it happen. He negotiated a deal that worked within my budget.
