car towed. no power, an electrical problem... Resolved, but after pickup no radio I bought car back the next day....mechanic unalbe to fix. suggested to take t no power, an electrical problem... Resolved, but after pickup no radio I bought car back the next day....mechanic unalbe to fix. suggested to take to a Lexus dealership. I did and they replace the radio fuse and the radio work. As a result it costed me additional time and money. I would think trouble shooting the fuse box would be one of the primary areas to check, since the initial diagnois was no power... when the tech did check...founded andreplace some fuses and all the electric components started to work with the expection of the radio. The tech said he would need to pulled the radio and further trouble shoot., that would require a greater amount of time and level of effort. as well as cost. and referred me to the Lexus dealership. I did, I gave Lexus tech my paperwork from Waldorf, they raised the hood and check the fuse box and found the bad radio fuse, replace it within 10 minuetes an additional $240.00. I was not a happy customer of Waldorf service department...very disappointed. More
