After taking my car to Waldorf Toyota on November 18, 2010 for it's 30,000 miles check-up, our receipt showed that they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and checked the car over. On the way home, the 2010 for it's 30,000 miles check-up, our receipt showed that they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and checked the car over. On the way home, the left front tire fell off of the car, causing extensive damage to the left side of the car. Luckily, no one was killed because of their negligence and carelessness. The first estimate that I have been given is around $3,000. What about the Lost Value they have caused to my car? Avoid this dealership. More

When I purchased this vehicle I asked to see a CARFAX report to show me any information on this vehicle. The salesmen handed me a copy of the CARFAX Report, this report did not disclose any previous accidents. I recently ran a CARFAX Report and found on July 28, 2003 that an accident was reported. Enclosed is a copy of that report. This has significantly brought the value of my car down by $4000. I would have never purchased a vehicle that was in a previous accident. If I do not hear anything within 10 days of receiving this letter, I will have my attorney contact you. More
I worked through the internet department which was delightful until I tried to take delivery of the vehicle. After the paperwork was signed and they had my money, they proceeded to tell me that my new delightful until I tried to take delivery of the vehicle. After the paperwork was signed and they had my money, they proceeded to tell me that my new car had a dent on the hood which may have happened in the dealer exchange they did to get it for me. I also questioned the color of the interior because it didn't look all the same, but thought it was just the light because it was at night. I took the vehicle home and noticed even more that the passenger side seat was a completely different color leather than the rest of the car. I immediately returned the car. They promised me a rental (I had sold my car because of this one) which they backed out on, they tried to sell me another car for $900 more than the original (they eventually came down on the price to what we agreed) and then tried to resell me the messed up car because they couldn't give it back to the dealer whom they got it from (for the original price also). They promised to get me an '06 and kept waning. Of course they deposited my cash the very next morning so I'm waiting on my returned money. More
Shopped at waldorf toyota for a Sienna minivan. Ashley Tran was polite and helpful, and we liked the vehicle. Downhill from there. The other salespeople stared rudely and hovered like vultures. Waited Tran was polite and helpful, and we liked the vehicle. Downhill from there. The other salespeople stared rudely and hovered like vultures. Waited much too long for a price quote from the "sales manager". Eventually Ashley offered an untempting price, and declined to "haggle" as she put it, and the sales xxxxx came over. He was rude, pompous, and arrogant, to put it concisely. His idea of a good offer was to print out the Carmax quote and offer the lowest trade-in value yet for our older vehicle. I explained that the numbers were not motivating me to buy. He became more rude and angry, and I had to point out his rudeness to him several times. He could barely contain his irritation, and stood by his lousy offer. He also claimed we were not being fair to him, and I explained I could care less about what he thought was fair, and so we left. Another miserable dealer from the old school of car sales, don't waste your time with them is my tip. More
