I highly recommend Toyota of Waldorf. In all my years of buying cars I have NEVER came accross a car salesman as good as Mr. Frank McGeady. Frank spent hours (48) working on a deal that would work to my benefit. He accomplished something that I did not think would be possible, given my credit scores and the balance owed on my trade in. Frank was truly AWSOME. Throughout the entire ordeal he continuously remained positive and was very friendly, it made me feel less nervous. I was so amazed and extremely impressed with that purchase process, that I went back recently and had my daughter purchase a second vehicle through him. I sincerely hope he is still there when I get ready to trade in my 2012 Camry for an upgrade in a couple years. Frank and the finance team did an awsome job on both occasions. My experience with your dealership was very good.When I arrived Bob met us at the door introduced himself and offered his assistant. Used USAA auto service to find vehicle/price I wanted, sent the internet notice. frank contacted me by email and phone to inquire how he could assist and if there were any questions he could answer. i to sent the internet notice. frank contacted me by email and phone to inquire how he could assist and if there were any questions he could answer. i told him i'd be by later in the day. when i arrived he was ready to go, answered all of our questions about the process and financing versus cash. he stood by as i gave the car a thorough inspection and pulled it into a covered area so that my wife could have a look without being overly exposed to the cold weather. if he didn't know the answer, he found out the answer quickly; extremely respectful. easiest car buying experience i've ever had, practically hassle free. this was my third time buying a vehicle, second from a toyota dealer, first from this dealership. between frank in the showroom and erik in the finance office, we were in and out in extremely short order. very professional and courteous! excellent customer service and follow-up! received a few benefits i didn't even ask for! frank and erik have my highest recommendation.
