I just returned home from Toyota of Waldorf with a new 2011 Highlander! This was my first car purchase and I could not be more excited! I first visited Toyota of Waldorf over the summer because I was interested in trading in my 2002 Camry. I met Bob (one of the salesmen) and he worked with me, explaining all of the new vehicles.. After test driving a few cars I decided I needed more time to think it over. Bob was great and I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase. I finally decided I was ready to move forward this month and returned to the dealership. I met with Bob again and he was wonderful in walking me through the entire purchase (My first big buy!). He was patient and explained all of the options, car maintenance, and warrantee information. I got way more than I expected for my trade in, and also received 0% interest for 60 mo. The finance office helped me through the loan process and made sure to explain all of the numbers and my monthly payment plan. The sales manager even surprised me by placing a huge bow on the front of my car after the purchase was complete! Bob also made sure he showed me how all of the features of the car worked (lights, cruise control, radio/XM, etc.) and we set up some of my radio presets and Bluetooth. Over all I could not be happier with my new car or the people that helped make it a great experience for me! More
My relationship with Waldorf Toyota started several months before I actually purchased a 2011 Avalon in May 2010. During my initial visit I was greeted by Marvin Brimage in the parking lot. I was driving my beloved 1998 red Honda Accord V6 coupe. I had been mulling over the idea of getting a new car even though there was nothing really wrong with my Honda. I told myself, if I see something that I like and the deal was too good to leave then I would make a purchase. Marvin did everything a professional sales person can and should do to get me to talk about what I wanted. We even went so far as to pick out a model and were negotiating price at the table. I was pleased with the progress up until that point. Next, he went to get a manager to talk about a fair price for my trade. This manager completely turned me off. He was dismissive and sent Marvin back with what he stated was his final price. I promptly left the dealership and continue to drive my Honda. While I had no problem with Marvin I had stated to my husband I was not going back to them again. Well, Marvin being the wonderful thoughtful sales guy that he is kept in touch with me each month. His calls were basically checking in to see if I had found a car somewhere else that I like. He didn’t take that pushy approach promising me the world just to get me to come back. After a period of time, I felt like Marvin was one of my best friends and start expecting his calls each month. While this action normally annoys me, it was something special about him that he didn’t annoy me. Finally, to Marvin surprise, my husband and I went out to dinner for our anniversary when I said let’s drop by the dealership to see if anything would catch my eye. Guess what, we ran right into Marvin Brimage again. We started walking the lot looking to see what Camry’s he had on the lot. I picked one out and while we were walking back to get the keys for a test drive I spotted a brand new black and shiny 2011 Avalon. Marvin immediately stated this car cost more than the Camry but I said I wanted to drive it. I truly believe that he knew enough about me not to say anymore and let me have my way. He got the keys, we took it for a spin and we drove it off the lot that night at closing in the rain. Since purchasing this car I have been back for regular routine services (oil changes and checks). I have to say the service department is top notch. Mind you I’ve been very use to having great care from Honda service department as well. I have always rated them with an A+ which I am happy to rate Toyota of Waldorf with the same rating. Many friends and family have asked where I purchased my car from and I don’t hesitate to refer them to Marvin at Toyota of Waldorf. Marvin tops the list of all the car sale people I’ve had in the past! Keep up the good work!! More

When we expressed interest in alloy wheels, he said he was certain that they had the car with the alloy wheels in stock for our particular model and was able to provide an identical vehicle with alloy wheel. His effusive joy in his work was easily passed on to us and made our experience joyful as well. More
When I visited the dealership the day I purchased my 2010 Venza I only intended to have my 2003 Corolla serviced. While waiting for my oil change, I decided to browse the lot to see what was new. I was approached by salesman Marvin Brimage who had a friendly and inviting smile on his face and was dressed very professionally. He took the time to walk the lot with me and find out what I was interested in without making me feel like he was pressuring me. At that point, I had no intension on buying a new car or obtaining a new car payment. However,Marvin was so warm and welcoming in his delivery of information about all of the cars I seemed interested in, that I found myself test driving a Venza! Without even knowing it, I found myself in love with the car! Marvin was extremely knowledgeable about the Venza and painstakingly walked me through the process of obtaining a price for it that I was comfortable paying. He made me feel like I was really getting a great deal and not being taken advantage of. I was able to get more than I expected for my trade in, and he actually helped me clean all my junk out of my old car at the end of the night. Shortly after I bought the Venza, I received a thank you email from Marvin acknowledging his appreciation for my business and offering his assitance for any future needs I may have concerning it. Also, since my purchase, whenever I visit the dealership Marvin finds me and makes sure I am well taken care of, as though he feels personally responsible for my satisfaction in the product he helped me purchase. There is no other person I would trust more at Toyota of Waldorf with my service other than Mr. Brimage...he rocks!!!! More
Chris did a wonderful job of talking with us to figure out what kind of Toyota would best suit our needs. We walked into the dealership without much of a clue, and walked out with a new Prius that has pr out what kind of Toyota would best suit our needs. I have never purchased a Toyota vehicle before, but Toyota of Waldorf is now my favorite dealership. My sales guy, Marvin, was very helpful, friendly and patient. We were looking to buy a new Toyota vehicle. Our salesman Bob was very accomodating and very knowlegeable about the Toyota products. I have bought 4 Toyotas from Bob and considering buying a 5th. Everytime I visit the dealership for normal maintenance Bob has always made time to discuss any issues I have and to bring me up to speed on th 5th. I was looking for a newer vehicle and talked with Bob at Waldorf Toyota. He showed me a 2007 Ford explorer that was very nice with low mileage. I had a bad experience when I tried to purchase a 2010 highlander. The sales person I dealt with was pretty reasonable but the manager they called in to handled the trade in price was very unreasonable. highlander. Intially, they wanted to give me the lowest blue book value of my 2008 RAV4, which was currenlty in excellent condition. The manager also was not willing to negotiate the price on the new highlander. I was irritated with the back and fort haggling of the price and left the dealership. Two days later I got a better deal from another toyota dealer. They not only gave a awesome price on my new highlander but gave me a fair trade in value for my RAV4. More
