Waldorf Toyota

I worked with Brian Smith when I purchased my new car last month. My last car buying experience ended with me in tears and wanting to return the car as soon as I drove off the lot. Brian was very helpful and I liked that he did not seem desparate to sell me a car. I had recently totalled my car and when I told Brian that I was "just looking" he remained present, but not overbearing. When we found a car that I really liked, he was understanding when I said that I was not ready to test drive because I was still uncomfortable behind the wheel. He walked me through all of the details of the car and did what he could to show off the car's assets giving the situation. He gave me honest feadback about my price range (unrealistic) without being condescending or negative. I left the lot without buying a car, but I kept Brian's card and remembered his kindness. I visited several other dealers and viewed several different make and models. I even visited another Toyota dealership that was willing to work with me on price. When I learned that they did not have the car I wanted, but could get it from a nearby dealership, I immediately thought of Toyota of Waldorf and Brian. Brian sold me on my car the first day. It just took me three weeks to buy it. The financing experience was delightful...which is funny to say. I came in with my own financing and a substantial down payment. Toyota was able to give me a good price on the car that resulted in me putting less money down and going with their financing instead of my credit union. At then end of the process, I could not believe it was done. No forced selling of rust prevention, paint coating, or extended warranties... just "hear are your keys." Brian was even kind enough to assist me in dropping off my rental car around the block so that I did not have to make two trips to the dealer. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely purchase here again. More

I came to this location just to show my aunt the room that I would have in the vehicle that I purchased. She was pleased and so was I. He explained the vehicles features and accessories very clearly. I was indeed sold that I had made the right choice for my purchase. After the tour and test drive, I was introduced to Mr. Richardson. Mr. Richardson was also very friendly and professional. He was able to comply with my wishes. The vehicle that I test drove was out of my range and Mr. Richardson was able to find a vehicle in a range that I was indeed comfortable with. Both gentlemen were very personable which made my decision easy. I was informed on the status of the delivery of my vehicle and I was definitely pleased with the ending result.
