All I can say...is that in a world of less-than-satisfactory, Brian and Kenny of Toyota in Waldorf "kicked-it up" several notches. I was out with a friend who was shopping for a car and less-than-satisfactory, Brian and Kenny of Toyota in Waldorf "kicked-it up" several notches. I was out with a friend who was shopping for a car and decided to stop by Toyota of Waldorf and check out their inventory. Long and short, my friend got the truck and the deal he wanted. Brian stated that they were having great deals and suggested that I take a look around at some Camrys, I just happened to find one that I was excited about and I bought it? Well not that day and not that simple, I wasn't to thrill with the transaction and decided to wait until later, so I walked away. The next day, Brian gave me a call and suggested that I come on back out and talk to him. Well, I went back and Brian had worked out a deal that was just to good to pass by. Brian made it happened (worked on my behalf)even when I had walked away. Kenny worked magic with numbers to get me an afforable car note at "ZERO" iterest. They both stayed late, answered numerous questions, did comparisions, all the while with a SMILE. All I can say to Toyota of Waldorf - EXCELLENT staff and job well done! More

Mark Stancell was great! Was very helpful in my quest to get a car. he kept in contat for a week and notified me everytime a car that met my requirements was brought in on the lot. Very good experience. Brian set up bluetooth before we left...I really liked that. FYI- I once bought a car in College Park and before you left the lot, an assigned employee sat in the car with you left...I really liked that. FYI- I once bought a car in College Park and before you left the lot, an assigned employee sat in the car with you and went over just about every feature, I had bought that car in the dark and that was very important for my long drive home in an unfamilar car. We were fine, we bought this car in the daytime and had traded in our old Camry, simular features. But instead of the warranty lady...perhaps a sit down in the car going over the warranty info, explaining options and then reviewing features in the car you just bought would be better. As far as price...unfair question, you never know if you get a great deal or not...so i'll go with good (4). We are pleased. I was never stressed...it was a fun deal. Very good experience. More

I worked with Brian Smith when I purchased my new car last month. My last car buying experience ended with me in tears and wanting to return the car as soon as I drove off the lot. That was not the cas last month. My last car buying experience ended with me in tears and wanting to return the car as soon as I drove off the lot. That was not the case this time. Brian was very helpful and I liked that he did not seem desparate to sell me a car. I had recently totalled my car and when I told Brian that I was "just looking" he remained present, but not overbearing. When we found a car that I really liked, he was understanding when I said that I was not ready to test drive because I was still uncomfortable behind the wheel. He walked me through all of the details of the car and did what he could to show off the car's assets giving the situation. He gave me honest feadback about my price range (unrealistic) without being condescending or negative. I left the lot without buying a car, but I kept Brian's card and remembered his kindness. I visited several other dealers and viewed several different make and models. I even visited another Toyota dealership that was willing to work with me on price. When I learned that they did not have the car I wanted, but could get it from a nearby dealership, I immediately thought of Toyota of Waldorf and Brian. Brian sold me on my car the first day. It just took me three weeks to buy it. The financing experience was delightful...which is funny to say. I came in with my own financing and a substantial down payment. Toyota was able to give me a good price on the car that resulted in me putting less money down and going with their financing instead of my credit union. At then end of the process, I could not believe it was done. No forced selling of rust prevention, paint coating, or extended warranties... just "hear are your keys." Brian was even kind enough to assist me in dropping off my rental car around the block so that I did not have to make two trips to the dealer. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely purchase here again. More
