So, Bob Bowman, USMC Ret... was my salesman. I will say that Bob has patience, as I did not need a car, I just wanted one. So, I had been shopping at many other dealerships. In the short time I was looking for a car, I must say I ran into some shifty sales people, I know they say car salesmen have a bad rap...and I saw first hand why. Bob is the exception to this unfortunate rule! Ed (Eddie) Richardson was my Finance Guy and poor Eddie, watched me get up and walk out of the dealership after seeing my payments... He worked very hard to get me a good rate, to get a payment I was happy with, so in the end I bought the car. I don't know his name, but the Manager who was on duty that night (the night I had a payment meltdown) was pretty grumpy and negative. Don't know his name, but he came into the finance office, when I was upset about my payments, barked at us and walked out! So, what I will say to all of you... a car purchase is a big purchase for most people, having patience and understanding will go along way to get you a sale... Only paying attention, to front end & back end well........will only get you a view of your customers back end as they walk out the door.!!!! So, you are lucky to have Bob and Eddie or I would be buying my car from another Toyota dealership! More
My wife drove into the service area Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM - they are open until 7:00 PM. We sat there for five minutes and were completely ignored. Several employees were prsent and one even walked around the car but no one said anything to us, nor did they even acknowledge that they would be with us soon. Nothing! We left. I sent an e-mail to them and never got a response. Apparently the former good service and customer relations no longer are available. I went to Passport Toyota the next day and had a very good experience. More

I selected many local Toyota dealers in an online search for a new Prius. I had many replies with one of them being Patrick Hanbury of Waldorf. Patrick answered my emails and tried to earn my business in a friendly and honest manner. In the end I choose a closer dealership who offered a fair price and had exactly what I wanted. If you are in the Waldorf area I recommend Patrick Hanbury! More

The whole experience is what you wish car buying was like. There wasn't a time throughout the whole sale where we felt rushed. He showed us and explained to us the process, our choices, and what he could offer in approximately an hour. It left us feeling very at ease. Bob stayed in contact with us via email. He explained more and more. On the following Monday we showed up wanting to test drive and see more. Oh did I mention he was there around 7 at night and during a snow storm. With his help, and a great product we chose to buy the car that night. Throughout that day I was in contact with Justin (finance guy) and I just want to say I was very appreciative of the hard work he did throughout the day also. I had already arranged financing through my bank and was pretty adamant in using them. Justin worked some numbers and beat my rate and term and even added some extra warranty. My wife and myself are very satisfied with the whole process that we will recommend this dealership to anybody. We even asked jokingly of Bob if when I transfer in the military could we call on him for another car. He answered with a hardily YES and said he would get it shipped to me wherever I was. He was quick to answer questions and offer various options to help with our decision, but we never felt the slightest pressure to buy. As a matter of fact, Phil seemed less concerned about making the sale and more concerned that we were comfortable with our decision. Phil is definitely the salesman you want to visit if you are considering a new (or used) Toyota. We received the same professional treatment from Wilson Patterson, general manager, Ed Richardson, financial services manager, and Janet in the customer care. This dealership rates high for having an entire staff that is focused on meeting the needs of its customers. We purchased two vehicles from Waldorf Toyota in 2002 and while the experience was good, the staff they have with them now is exceptional when it comes to customer service. The atmosphere was pleasant and the entire buying experience enjoyable. I’m not sure how this dealership manages to have its entire staff so customer oriented, but they do a great job. More

We were greeted very warmly by Bob the salesman and acknowledged by the staff throughout the sales floor. We test drove a several other Toyota models before purchasing the 2012 Camry. This is our 4th Camry. I must tell you that the Camry sells itself. We only looked at the 2012 Camry and did not test drive it. There was absolutely no pressures selling, no arm twisting, and no big guy in the corner with persuasive baseball bat. Based on our past experience with the 3 previously owned Camry's, we felt we did not have to drive it. We negotiated the price and down payment. Minus the time we took to test drive the other vehicles; we were in and out of Toyota of Waldorf within an hour and half. Two days later Toyota worked out a better deal to lower our finance rate even more after further review of our past payment history with Toyota Motor Credit. Thank you Toyota! More
