Used USAA auto service to find vehicle/price I wanted, sent the internet notice. frank contacted me by email and phone to inquire how he could assist and if there were any questions he could answer. i to sent the internet notice. frank contacted me by email and phone to inquire how he could assist and if there were any questions he could answer. i told him i'd be by later in the day. when i arrived he was ready to go, answered all of our questions about the process and financing versus cash. he stood by as i gave the car a thorough inspection and pulled it into a covered area so that my wife could have a look without being overly exposed to the cold weather. if he didn't know the answer, he found out the answer quickly; extremely respectful. easiest car buying experience i've ever had, practically hassle free. this was my third time buying a vehicle, second from a toyota dealer, first from this dealership. between frank in the showroom and erik in the finance office, we were in and out in extremely short order. very professional and courteous! excellent customer service and follow-up! received a few benefits i didn't even ask for! frank and erik have my highest recommendation. Instead, he gave her time to consider what she wanted and when she decided she wanted to buy a Toyota, he was very helpful in working out the particulars of the deal. He seemed to genuinely care about my daughter's buying experience as well as being a new Toyota owner. Buying a new car can be stressful, but Bob seemed to go out his way to make it stress free. The overall experience with Bob and the dealership was wonderful. More
We purchased a Sienna L. Everyone was very nice. DJ Diehl was wonderful. He was able to give us a monthly payment that we were well pleased with. However, the vehicle did not come with what we wanted. It had nothing that we required but we didn't know this until we began looking through the manual after we purchased the vehicle. This confusion may have been caused by the fact that we test drove the Sienna LE, but we purchased the L and were not fully informed of the vast differences between the two models. For example, Randy told us several times that Bluetooth was standard on the model we purchased. When I tried to set it up, I realized that this was not the case. In fact several things that we thought came standard on our model actually didn't. More than likely, we will be trading this vehicle in for something that suits us better sooner rather than later. I was well pleased with the purchase of my 2014 Toyota Sienna L. I want to especially commend DJ Deihl, the financing guy, who brought the payments in at what I wanted to spend. My original intention was to get a Chrysler Town and Country. I had my heart set on that vehivle for over a year. However, I had a negative experience with a very pushy salesman at teh Chrysler dealership who just was not interested in hearing me. So I went across the street to Waldorf Toyota. My first point of contact was Michael Glover and he needs to be given his xxxxxxbecause if it was not for his nice personality, I would not have come back to Waldorf Toyota. However, when I came back to Waldorf Toyota Mike was with a customer and Randy Flowers assisted us. On our 3rd visit to Waldorf Toyota I was ready to buy and again I worked with Randy Flowers because Mike GLover was off that day. My only complaint was that Randy confused me more than one time when we were talking about the differences in the vehicles and what came standard on what model. It was only AFTER I got my Sienna L home that I rrealized that a few things that I wanted did not come standard with the L, such as power doors, a full instrument panel with temperature gage, a center console, mid range cupholders, volume controls on the steering wheel, etc. While these are small things that I can live without (because I got the monthly payment where I wanted it to be), I would have rated my experience as EXCELLENT instead of just GOOD if I had truly known what I was getting or more importantly NOT getting. I'm not saying I was deceived because I was not, I just think a few things were "glossed over". Lastly, after purchasing the vehicle, we waited over 40 minutes before they brought our new vehicle around. I understand they were washing the exerior and gassing it up, but no one explained that to us. They just had us standing in the cold, waiting for over half an hour. More

I was active duty military at the time and didn't have a lot of free time to be going back and forth to the dealership to haggle nor filling out paperwork. Mark was very understanding of my situation and was able to accommodate me by emailing me my application to fill out and send back via internet. We were able to do my financing over the phone as well. When I arrived he showed me a variety of cars my within my price range and even when I would ask about other cars on the lot,he was happy to show them to me but was good about keeping me on track with my budget.He was even able to get the Finance Dept to take a post dated check for my down payment so I could drive away with my newish car the same day!! Because of my credit rating I wasn't happy with my interest percentage given to me by the dealership, but he explained that with one year of on time payments I could refinance thru my personal bank for a lower rate (and he was right!!). I know often time, people tell you things to get you to buy, but Mark was right. I did refinance after a year and I have never been happier with a rate in all of my life. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Mark to ANY person looking for a good car on a budget and not wanting to feel like they've been "HAD". I know I received a great deal because my car is worth more than what I paid for it. I got a 2006 Buick Lacrosse with leather heated seats OnStar, Sirus radio,sunroof and under 30,000 miles. Mark even hooked me up with a professional company that does tinted window just down the street from his dealership. That too was a great price. Great experience!! More
My experience by far was the greatest ever at this dealership. The sales team worked as a group to help me in every way possible. It was a awesome buying experience working with Devin Mouer. He did not rest until I found the exact Avalon that I wanted.
