My experience with Toyota of Waldorf was flawless. I knew the exact Scion I wanted and knew of only great things about Bob Bowman. I was treated very nicely by everyone I dealt with, Bob and Josh. My trade in was honest and fair and my dealings with Josh in finance was incredible as well. Bob really knows how to handle Military customers and you can absolutely tell that his values as a dealer with Toyota of Waldorf are the same values of that of the Marine he is. I will continue to buy vehicles and recommend this dealer and dealership. I loved that Scion didn't have a haggle price and that Pure Price exists, it makes the car buying experience so much easier and less painful. I was highly impressed by the dedication of Bob Bowman to lay out the entire process and have me out the door with my dream car in such little time. Frank followed up the next morning and we talked price via e-mail and I felt absolutely zero pressure. The price he gave me was more than fair and a few hours later I was on the road to Waldorf to fill out paperwork and pick up the car. I wouldn't change anything about the process. The rest of the staff at the dealership were also very kind and helpful -- from Mike (sales manager) to Patrick in Internet Sales, to Monica in finance. More

I live about 45 minutes away, and have two small children, so I decided to try calling the store before attempting the drive down to the showroom. That is when I first talked to Jason Lormore. He helped me figure out pricing over the phone. Then, he called back to remind me of things I needed to bring with me (I would have completely forgotten the title of my trade-in car!!). After that, he called me back again and let me know I could fill out the financing information on-line to make sure I did not have to spend any extra time at the car dealership. When I arrived at Toyota of Waldorf, he came out to greet my family by name, even though I had never met him before. He helped us get everything worked out, and we very happily purchased a car from him. Once we arrived home, we realized that my son’s 3DS was left in our trade-in car. This is his favorite toy, and very expensive, so I was worried. I know that that the dealership is closed on Sunday, but I figured I would leave a message for Jason to see if he could help me first thing on Monday. Well, on Sunday, Jason’s day off, he returned my call and assured me that first thing in the morning he would look through the car. On Monday morning, he did find the 3DS, and he called me and emailed me. Not only that, he had the manager lock it up so that we could wait until we pick up our tags to retrieve it. Jason Lormore went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family in purchasing a car and in making up for our absentmindedness. He should be commended for his compassionate and helpful customer service. I am so thankful that he was our salesperson, and I definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a car. I was shopping for a car after a bankruptcy and had an unfortunate experience at the Nissan dealer down the street. After completing an application with the Nissan dealership and working with them for a week - I was told that I would be able the purchase the truck that I wanted with no money down and my payment would be $350.00. You know the old saying if sounds too good to be true it probably is! To make a way too long story short that wasn’t the case at all they wanted money down and outrageous monthly payments needless to say I walked out. We visited the Toyota dealership down the street and meet Bob Bowman & Monica. Bob was honest and upfront beyond measure he advised what they could do and couldn’t. We were in the dealership no more than an hour and he came back with an incredible deal for my situation. After working with Bob, Monica and Mike I was beyond happy with my decision to purchase my vehicle. When I went to pick-up my truck Bob was there. I needed a ride home to drop off my other car Bob without hesitation drop me off and took me back to the dealership to pick-up my new truck. So, Bob Bowman, USMC Ret... was my salesman. I will say that Bob has patience, as I did not need a car, I just wanted one. So, I had been shopping at many other dealerships. In the short time I was looking for a car, I must say I ran into some shifty sales people, I know they say car salesmen have a bad rap...and I saw first hand why. Bob is the exception to this unfortunate rule! Ed (Eddie) Richardson was my Finance Guy and poor Eddie, watched me get up and walk out of the dealership after seeing my payments... He worked very hard to get me a good rate, to get a payment I was happy with, so in the end I bought the car. I don't know his name, but the Manager who was on duty that night (the night I had a payment meltdown) was pretty grumpy and negative. Don't know his name, but he came into the finance office, when I was upset about my payments, barked at us and walked out! So, what I will say to all of you... a car purchase is a big purchase for most people, having patience and understanding will go along way to get you a sale... Only paying attention, to front end & back end well........will only get you a view of your customers back end as they walk out the door.!!!! So, you are lucky to have Bob and Eddie or I would be buying my car from another Toyota dealership! More
