Mr. Rick Laslo, Assistant Service Manager, guided me through my most recent (02/06/2014) service experience (120K mile service) with my 2007 Sequoia. Have known and dealt with Rick since 2005 when I bo through my most recent (02/06/2014) service experience (120K mile service) with my 2007 Sequoia. Have known and dealt with Rick since 2005 when I bought my first vehicle there at Waldorf Toyota, Waldorf, MD. From the moment I arrived for service until I drove out of the lot, Rick saw to my every need and concern. Knowing up front that I had some very limiting financial constraints on this particular visit, he guided me through the service process that made sure that every needed service was performed and that other suggested services, that could be postponed was explained in detail on the purpose, the risk (if any) of not getting the elective services right then, versus a few days or weeks from then, and how they would impact my bottom line on that day. Rick followed up on the progress of my service appointment and kept me apprised at every critical junction and apologized to me for a minor delay in the service wait time when the shop unavoidably got backed up a little on another vehicle ahead of me. Rick used every legitimate means at his disposal to help keep my final cost to a minimum but still received every needed service to keep my vehicle performing efficiently and safely. As always, he treated me with the utmost dignity, respect, personal warmth, and caring nature that even I thought was not possible from a dealer service department representative. Of course, as I have observed this man over the course of the past 9 years, he treats all of his customers the same way....and it shows, because I don't know any other service rep asked for by name more than Rick; and I say that having worked with a number of other service providers over the 9 year period, including LeBaron Hawkins who also very excellent. The reason I keep coming back to Waldorf Toyota for all my service needs and why I will buy my next new Toyota at Waldorf Toyota is because of Rick Laslo and LeBaron Hawkins, and rest of the service team there, especially Mr. Michael Pavan, the Service Manager. I always feel like a valued customer who is appreciated when I visit. Check engine light came on. I responded to Waldorf Toyota for Service as the truck, (2011 Toyota Tacoma), had been purchased there and was under warranty. Mr. Laslo immediately met me and set the truck up for diagnosis of the problem. Long story short, it was a malfunctioning 02 sensor. Since the vehicle would not be completed till the next day, Mr. Laslo arranged for a rental car to be issued to me for the time my truck was down. Next day .... he called and told me the work was completed. ---- Mr. Laslo is an asset to the Dealership as he is knowledgeable, organized, and polite. Additionally, All the employees whom I spoke with, while waiting for diagnosis of my vehicle, were very pleasant. I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive when initially taking my truck to the dealership. But Mr. Laslo's professionalism, and the competent staff at Waldorf Toyota are a true credit to the Toyota Brand. Thank You, Mr. Sewell More
I highly recommend Toyota of Waldorf. In all my years of buying cars I have NEVER came accross a car salesman as good as Mr. Frank McGeady. Frank took the time and the patience to not only get to know me a buying cars I have NEVER came accross a car salesman as good as Mr. Frank McGeady. Frank took the time and the patience to not only get to know me and my personal need for a car purchase, but did everything he possibly could to make the experience go as smoothly as possible. Frank spent hours (48) working on a deal that would work to my benefit. He accomplished something that I did not think would be possible, given my credit scores and the balance owed on my trade in. Frank was truly AWSOME. Throughout the entire ordeal he continuously remained positive and was very friendly, it made me feel less nervous. I was so amazed and extremely impressed with that purchase process, that I went back recently and had my daughter purchase a second vehicle through him. I sincerely hope he is still there when I get ready to trade in my 2012 Camry for an upgrade in a couple years. Frank and the finance team did an awsome job on both occasions. Working with Jason L. was great. He was on time for the scheduled appointment which means we got off to a great start. He listened to what I said I wanted in a vehicle and we proceeded from there. Earnest Winston was a great Sales Consultant. He assisted us with all question we had and worked with us to make the purchase go smoothly. The service was friendly. Labaron kept me informed all along the way. I left my car overnight, but I set up an appointment for the morning. I was contacted on schedule and they finished my vehicle in a ti along the way. I left my car overnight, but I set up an appointment for the morning. Lastly, there was a mistake in the initial quoted price which they found themselves and fixed by the time I went to pay the bill. More
My wife and I have always had a good experience at Waldorf Toyota. I believe Earnest Winston has been our Sales Consultant on all four of our purchases. My experience with your dealership was very good.When I arrived Bob met us at the door introduced himself and offered his assistant. He took us out to look at the RAV4's that we were interested in, there arrived Bob met us at the door introduced himself and offered his assistant. He took us out to look at the RAV4's that we were interested in, there was no pressure put on us to buy. once we decided to buy he came back with the numbers and we were satisfied the price.The process was smooth and he gave us a walk through the service area and explained the process. I walked into the Toyota Dealership to buy a Toyota Camry, but wasn't sure it would happen right away! Bob and Josh were a pleasure to work with and allowed me to drive whatever I wanted with no pressu Camry, but wasn't sure it would happen right away! Bob and Josh were a pleasure to work with and allowed me to drive whatever I wanted with no pressure. It was freezing cold with snow still on the cars, but they went out of their way to give me what I needed. I bought a car that night due to the great salesmanship by Bob.
