After receiving a recent mailing from Toyota of Waldorf and reviewing the website, I contacted the Internet salesman (Jason Lormore) and made an appointment to discuss my options on a new 2014 Prius. Afte and reviewing the website, I contacted the Internet salesman (Jason Lormore) and made an appointment to discuss my options on a new 2014 Prius. After a test drive in the 2014 and an appraisal of my trade-in (2010 Prius) the discussion turned to numbers and finance options. Both Jason and Josh Siegel (finance officer) professionally explained all the various options (money back, APR, etc.) in plain English and answered all my questions. Before I left with my new Prius, Jason ordered the part for the one option I wanted (remote start) and offered to help me sync my cell phone to the Bluetooth applications in the car whenever I upgraded my cell phone. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my interaction with Jason and Josh as a 10. The whole transaction from start to finish took only 2.5 hours which must be a record for time spent at a dealership buying a new car!! More
I purchased my 2011 Toyota Sienna from Waldorf Toyota using Frank McGeady and Mike Clements. I was so pleased that when it came time to buy my next vehicle I went back and traded my Sienna in on the new using Frank McGeady and Mike Clements. I was so pleased that when it came time to buy my next vehicle I went back and traded my Sienna in on the new 2014 Highlander. The sales team knew I have 2 young children, so they encouraged me to put carseats in and make sure there was plenty of room. My finance person, DJ Diehl did a wonderful job as well. He explained everything but got me in and out quickly. More
Vehicle was in good condition and our overall experience was good. Mike Glover was very helpful in showing me some of the upgrades and improvements made in the Sienna since we bought our original Sienna in was good. Mike Glover was very helpful in showing me some of the upgrades and improvements made in the Sienna since we bought our original Sienna in 2004. My biggest disappointment is with the Toyota instruction and owners book. It would seem to me that they could have designed a much more compact user friendly instruction book on how to program the various components, expecially since this van is even more electronically equipped than our previous van. What is needed is a compact manual much like the one for the Navigation system that would cover the rest of the operating systems in the van. Actually Chapter 3 of the owner's manual should be abridged and issued as a separate manual. Rick in your service department has done an outstanding job of keeping our 2004 Sienna and 2000 Avalon operating. I will miss your tires for life program, especially since we tend to keep our automoviles for an extended period of time. More
I came in for an oil change and 30,000 tune up. I have been helped by Mr. Laslo before and he is always friendly and helpful. I am not knowledgeable about cars but mine runs well so I assume that the qua been helped by Mr. Laslo before and he is always friendly and helpful. We went to Toyota of Waldorf because we had purchased our previous two Avalon sedans there and had positive experiences both times. This time was no exception. We wanted to see and test drive several differe previous two Avalon sedans there and had positive experiences both times. This time was no exception. We wanted to see and test drive several different vehicles because, as a result of my wife's surgery, it can be difficult to enter and exit a car. Brian Smith was our salesman and patiently demonstrated the several models we were interested in over a period of several days. He suggested the Highlander as an alternative to the restyled Avalon, which my wife did not like. We really like the Highlander, and it was actually easier for my wife to get in and out of than the Avalon. We decided on the model and features we wanted, returned to the dealer, and worked out a very nice deal. This experience was really enjoyable and we felt absolutely no pressure during the process. Brian Smith, Josh Siegel, and the entire staff at Toyota of Waldorf are friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure our buying experience was a positive one. I would recommend Toyota of Waldorf without reservation to anyone considering a vehicle purchase. More

This is the 2nd vehicle that I have bought from Waldorf Toyota and the 2nd vehicle from Frank McGeady. Mr. McGeady was very helpful and very professional in getting us a great car at a great price. My firs Toyota and the 2nd vehicle from Frank McGeady. Mr. McGeady was very helpful and very professional in getting us a great car at a great price. My first Toyota I bought was 13 years ago and it has made me a Toyota believer for life. I have also had a great experience with this Toyota Dealership. They have always been pleasant to deal with and have taken care of both my Toyota's. My 2001 Tacoma has 275,000 miles on it and still runs great today! I not only will return and buy another Toyota from Mr. McGeady, but I recommend him and this Dealership to all my family and friends that are looking to buy a car. More

Mike Glover did a great job in selling me a car. I had a strange situation where I needed to get rid of a car in order to buy a car. I contacted the dealership by phone, and Mike became my point of contact. strange situation where I needed to get rid of a car in order to buy a car. I contacted the dealership by phone, and Mike became my point of contact. He greeted me with a smile and warm handshake; while he was busy with another customer, he asked Randy Flowers to show me different cars. I was pleasantly surprised to see two car salesmen cooperating. Due to time constraints and my thinking I'd need a longer time to get a car, I planned to return to the dealership later in the month. However, I told Mike if he offered me a seriously good deal, I seriously would consider it. Later that evening Randy called me, told me about another car (other than the ones he showed me). He encouraged me to complete an online application. Later that evening, Mike called to tell me he thought he had a deal for me.The next week I returned to Mike's office. He showed me two more cars, offered a deal on both, and gave me time to choose. He didn't pressure me in any way. I'm glad I went to Toyota of Waldorf. More
Mr. Flowers was exceptional in customer service. Not once did he try to "force" a sale on us. He was honest and very attentive to what we were in the market for. It was the most relaxing process ever and we did he try to "force" a sale on us. He was honest and very attentive to what we were in the market for. It was the most relaxing process ever and we would definitely refer him or return to purchase another car in the future. Thank you! More
