We went to Toyota of Waldorf because we had purchased our previous two Avalon sedans there and had positive experiences both times. This time was no exception. Brian Smith was our salesman and patiently demonstrated the several models we were interested in over a period of several days. He suggested the Highlander as an alternative to the restyled Avalon, which my wife did not like. We really like the Highlander, and it was actually easier for my wife to get in and out of than the Avalon. We decided on the model and features we wanted, returned to the dealer, and worked out a very nice deal. This experience was really enjoyable and we felt absolutely no pressure during the process. Brian Smith, Josh Siegel, and the entire staff at Toyota of Waldorf are friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure our buying experience was a positive one. When my wife came to Toyota of Waldorf dealership we were not actually sure if we are going to purchase our Camry there, but the way your salesman Mr. Marcus Gallion treated us with such a tremendous act of not actually sure if we are going to purchase our Camry there, but the way your salesman Mr. Marcus Gallion treated us with such a tremendous act of respect and good manners we were please the way we were accepted. My wife and I are both senior citizen and belong to the Asian minority group. We were not dressed in fancy clothes when we enter the office. I tried to make eye contacts with some of the people there and smiled and made some gesture as if I am greeting them and some seemed disinterested and did not smiled back or nod as I expected. But Mr. Gallion was very accommodating to us and even volunteered to buy my wife a sandwich since it was past lunch time and she was so hungry. Mr. Gallion came with us when we test drove the camry and was very patient with us in showing us how to operate some of the new technological features the car have. Mr. Gallion has been emailing me offering to help us on anything regarding the operation of the vehicle. Looks like Mr. Gallion is a new employee in your dealership because his name is not even printed yet in your roster that I have to type it manually. Mike Glover did a great job in selling me a car. I had a strange situation where I needed to get rid of a car in order to buy a car. I was pleasantly surprised to see two car salesmen cooperating. Due to time constraints and my thinking I'd need a longer time to get a car, I planned to return to the dealership later in the month. However, I told Mike if he offered me a seriously good deal, I seriously would consider it. Later that evening Randy called me, told me about another car (other than the ones he showed me). He encouraged me to complete an online application. Later that evening, Mike called to tell me he thought he had a deal for me.The next week I returned to Mike's office. He showed me two more cars, offered a deal on both, and gave me time to choose. He didn't pressure me in any way. I'm glad I went to Toyota of Waldorf. More
