I had a terrific experience with Waldorf Toyota in purchasing my most recent car. John Cooper was fantastic to work with from the time he first reached out in response to an online query I wrote askin purchasing my most recent car. John Cooper was fantastic to work with from the time he first reached out in response to an online query I wrote asking about a particular model and color that I was looking for--and was willing to drive quite a ways to get. He was so helpful and responsive to questions initially over text, and took the time to send me photos of the car, and even set it aside in advance of my making the length trek to look at it in person. While I was at the dealership, John was great talking through questions, helping me with the process, making sure I had plenty of time with the car to decide it was the right choice. He went absolutely above and beyond to try to coordinate an aftermarket part I wanted to add to the car, and when it wasn't possible to do on the spot before I left the dealership, set me up to have it taken care of at a different dealership much closer by to me. It was clear he was committed to making sure I had a great purchasing experience. Likewise, all the other folks who helped me over the course of the day were excellent to work with; D'Marius Swann in finance was so patient walking through multiple possible scenarios, and finalizing everything, and gave really insightful guidance. Lovely Jenkins and Joyce Boone were great answering questions, and truly everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Being the only place within a few hours to have the model I wanted brought me there, but it feels like it was great good luck given how terrific they were at Waldorf Toyota! More

I have been going to Toyota of Waldorf for a number of years. These last two services to my Highlander have been ridiculous. I had services on Monday, 2/24/2025 for oil change/ tire rotation. The tech tol years. These last two services to my Highlander have been ridiculous. I had services on Monday, 2/24/2025 for oil change/ tire rotation. The tech told me I needed an wheel alignment which I know can't be true because I supposedly had it done during my last visit unless the wheel alignment was not done back in November. I beginning to think I was charged but the service was not completed and I am not sure if it was done this time because they lied. I pay to much money for services to be lied to. Toyota of Waldorf needs to get it together. your mechanics are not during their jobs. I have left messages with the service manager and no call back. This is unacceptable. More

Best Car Buying Experience I have been buying cars for a few years, and this has been by far the best experience ever. I have been hunting for cars for months. Finally, I stumbled on Toyota of Waldorf for a few years, and this has been by far the best experience ever. I have been hunting for cars for months. Finally, I stumbled on Toyota of Waldorf as smarthpath location recommended by Toyota.com. I can see why there were recognize as a credible dealership and why they had great reviews. First, Ernest Winston who has many years of incredible Toyota car selling experience was outstanding. He is so caring, genuine and really looks out for his customers. He took time to get to know me and my car buying needs. And then there is Micheal Holocombe who was the Sales Manager. Michael was so honest, communicated outstanding and did everything he could possibly to get me a deal that fit right with my budget and beat out the local area competition. I love it when someone is a straight shooter and does what he can to make things workable for their customers. Tammy and Lovely were so kind, very genuine and know the products that they were selling. Great value at their dealership for the warranty in comparison to the several others in the DMV area that I visited. This place should have been my first visit they blew these other dealership out the water. They sneak no additional fees and charges, they are not pushy, knowledgeable and they are very knowledgeable about their products and put their customers first. They went above and beyond and found the car I wanted to got it for me from another dealer. I am so blessed to have gotten my car here! I will be back again in few years for another!! This was the worst experience ever with a car dealership. First they sold me a car that supposedly passed state inspection but had bald tires showing cord showing through. They reimbursed me for new tires w First they sold me a car that supposedly passed state inspection but had bald tires showing cord showing through. They reimbursed me for new tires when I showed them a video of the tires being inspected by another dealership. I purchased a used all electric that was supposedly fully charged. I barely made it home. The car was traded in the end of October, I finally got my registration card and stickers mid February. It took months of calls, texts, and emails to get them to submit the correct paperwork to MVA and legalized my ownership. Apparently they never correctly documented their purchase of the used car, and MVA repeatedly told me it was still owned by the previous owner. I was misled, delayed, and misinformed consistently by their staff as to why I was waiting so long and where the paperwork actually was. I would stay away from this dealership. More
