Kyle and service department represent Subaru well and are great at their jobs. They are concerned about the customer. I almost went to Fullerton in Mechanicsburg. As to finance, I don’t think he was understanding what he was saying when discussing the warranty as it sounded like we should not buy the car with all of the repairs it would need. As to the delivery person, he was excellent and knew the new car as well as the old one’s features. Lastly, you need more space for customer parking. You need to reconfigure the sales parking area. With so many cars all over the place, it gives an appearance of clutter and disorganization. As a customer, it does not give you a welcoming feeling when you can’t find parking and scared to drive thru the clutter. More

They gave me a loaner when my service couldn't be completed. I did think the service charge was a little high, but I guess that's what happens when you go to a dealership.
