I LOVE working with Becky, she’s so nice, she’s down to earth and always knows the answers to all my questions. Everyone at Subaru is so competent and friendly. It’s a big dealership but they give every b earth and always knows the answers to all my questions. Everyone at Subaru is so competent and friendly. It’s a big dealership but they give every buyer lots of attention so you don’t get lost in the shuffle. I HIGHLY recommend W&L. I kept my Subaru Legacy for 22 years and now I’m loving my 2026 Outback! Bailey explained every knob and button on the dashboard and beyond. He really knows his stuff too, very helpful. 😊 More

This reviewis for the last work done on the car. Right now, they have my 2024 Legacy for a problem which necessitated a new door. Which they couldn't get for a week or so, after Subaru ok'd the work Right now, they have my 2024 Legacy for a problem which necessitated a new door. Which they couldn't get for a week or so, after Subaru ok'd the work to be performed. The communication from Matt was good. keeping me apprised of what was going on. They gave me a loaner, which, unfortunately, which I explained to him, I had to put a lot of miles on as it was a busy time of year for me and I had a lot of traveling to do. He said he understood, and there really was no alternative since they had my car. Very understanding. I give W & L high marks in taking care of their customers during and after the sale. More

Becky was very helpful, quickly got us in a White 2025 Ascent Touring to test drive. While very busy with other customers. I believe, she may have missed lunch.
