In fact, everyone I encountered from Dave the IT guy and Kirk the finance guy were truly kind and helpful. It was almost a joy for me, no it was a joy. Most salespeople are extremely pushy but this was not the case here. I definitely will be purchasing my next vehicle from them. More

All we needed was a reliable vehicle waiting for us in our driveway when we reached Ft. Myers. John Becker pointed us in the right direction. John Becker was my Product Specialist and he did an outstanding job of getting the vehicle ready and communicating with me long distance. Charlie Biddle, the Finance Director, got me an incredible rate and provided me with a plethora of additonal information about the vehicle and warranty. This is my fifth Volvo I have purchased. I have been exposed to about 5-10 dealers for purchasing and servcie and all were good, however this dealer is the best. Possesses an incredible inventory. Couldn't be more satisfied! 5 star experience. Like many, I dread the car buying experience. I suffer with anxiety issues and the typical games some dealerships play cause me to stay away. I saw a 2017 used car on their site that interested me and then called my son in Dallas TX and asked him to call Fort Meyers Volvo for me. My son called me back and told me that he spoke with John Becker whose was very understanding and would work with us to make the experience as stress free as possible. Bottom line; Through e-mails and phone calls with John, my wife and I easily arrived at a fair deal (for a car we had not driven or seen except in pictures) and made an appointment, then traveled over 3 hrs from Melbourne FL to Fort Myers. Everything was as described, no surprises, and the purchase completed. Thank you John and all for your integrity and total professionalism. Two months later, we are loving our "new" car.
