Very pleasant purchase experience I was looking for a specific car and Sonata was very helpful in finding it for me. I am a first time Volvo buyer and didn't realize how much technolog I was looking for a specific car and Sonata was very helpful in finding it for me. I am a first time Volvo buyer and didn't realize how much technology is packed into this vehicle. I consider myself fairly tech saavy but I still had many questions about how things worked. Sonata was very patient with me (senior 55+) and spent all the time I needed to learn about all the new safety features etc. She also took the time to help set-up phone and internet settings so that I could better take advantage of all the available apps. Believe me there is a lot to do to set these things up and it would have been much easier for her to just let me figure it out on my own. These days, many car salespeople just want to sell you a car and move on, so I do appreciate the extra effort Sonata provided me. I feel confident that she will always find the time to answer any questions, and there will be, I might have going forward. More
