7 hours to process a purchase of a used car with a 830 credit score is really sad for a lady who is 80 years old and Brandon couldnt find a way to get it done, I watched in disbelief the wheels of finance move very slowly . buying a car on a friday and being told your checks and credit cards are unacceptaple was shocking , I have been in the financial business for 40 years and I couldnt believe what was happening to my friend. someone should be accountable to answer the hard questions
Not sure they can be trusted. Went in to look at 2025 Volvo, intent to drive and look not buy (NOT LEASE) as we just started our look for next forever car. The sales person was great and understood where we were at. At the end of our meeting the sales person had his manager come out to offer a great deal (they said). The manager proceeded to discuss how he could offer over $14,000 of the MSRP ($82,000) by taking advantage of a lease for 3 months and then buying the car outright. What he didn't cover was the lease would have been 36 months and an early buyout (after 3 months) comes with a substantial hit. We would have had to pay the balance of the lease payments and then the residual value of the vehicle which after 3 months would be almost new pricing. Extremely shady business practice. Be careful shopping here.

The service department was excellent. I drove almost two hours and they serviced my car and had it ready within one hour. I would recommend the service department.
Had a great experience with the salesperson I worked with Ryan Francis. He was very knowledgeable and the dealership doesn't have any of those junk fees other dealers have.
I was pleased with the sales help I received at McGrath. The sales team and financial assistance was excellent. Harley LeMain even took the time to help me to put on the Spotify app on the car which was important to me.
