Jebbie was a good representative to work with, if he did not know the answer to a question he would find out. There were a few issues, #1 What the dealer calls a we owe. It is a form that THEY fill out to satisfy any issues that need to be taken care of on your behalf. To protect your interests make sure you get a date that these issues will be dealt with and put it in writing. Again, get a date and commitment to the time they have to fulfill their obligation. #2 They have to do a credit inquire, Jebbie did not explain it very well but it is to make sure you are not a terrorist or committing fraud. Sorry, I don't like anyone looking at my privates with out mutual agreement. #3 The torture chamber or the finance/closing room. I was forced to watch a video and presentation despite repeated objections. It seems there was a class action law suit and they have to force you to watch it. I dared them to force you to watch the presentation before a test drive, didn't get a response for some strange reason. I hope the dealership considers allowing clients out of the torture if they object. All of the above I have addressed with the dealership and hopefully they will revise their policy and make some changes positive changes to make the experience less offensive to the client. Jebbie is a great representative for Mile One, the dealership just needs a little work to make the experience a little less offensive. More

Dealership themselves obviously tried up selling us warranty, gap insurance, ceramic coatings and other numerous items but did not pressure us once we told them we weren’t interested in any extras !! Very straightforward transaction all the way around ! No hidden fees !! More
