Jacob, Alex, and Eric were amazing! Had the deal negotiated over the phone a few weeks ago. Car was in transit and when it arrived, Alex called me right away. I came in next day and they had the car prepped and ready for me. Took a little time to get the paperwork done but they were super courteous offering drinks and making me feel welcomed. I drove a long way to get the car and it was definitely worth it. Jacob followed up with numerous calls to make sure I knew how to work everything and if I had any questions. Excellent service all around and I’ll give them my business again and again without hesitation. More

We had a great car buying experience. Peter Larson was very professional, straightforward and had exceptional knowledge about our car and its features! We never once felt pressured and were very impressed at how smooth the process was. We also had a great experience working with Eric Monning in the finance department. Eric was able to understand our family's financial needs and worked with us in finding an plan suitable for our budget. In my experience of buying cars, this was by far the most pleasant, and I attribute this to the diligence and efforts of Peter and Eric. They are real stand up guys! Highly recommended! More

I decided on a Volvo- th and talked with many dealers to sort out what I wanted. My final decision came down to choosing between two different makes. I decided on a Volvo- the XC40 Recharge. Silver Spring Volvo offered a great price. I was delighted to be able to give my business to Peter Larson, since Peter was the most helpful salesperson I had met throughout my car buying efforts. He has been responsive, and overall his service has been outstanding. I could rely on what he, and his colleagues, told me. I know he will be happy to help if I have questions in the future. We had a great experience with Jacob. He listened to what we were looking for showed us a car we hadn’t been considering before that was an even better fit for us. I usually wait a few weeks before leaving a review because there is inevitably something that goes wrong or additional coordination required from your salesman and that’s when you see the true custome because there is inevitably something that goes wrong or additional coordination required from your salesman and that’s when you see the true customer service! I am happy to report that even after the sale Jacob was excellent in communication and response time! He was extremely thorough in helping with the sale and was respectful of our time (we were there with two little ones!). The entire dealership was courteous to the fact that we had little kids and tried to get us in and out as fast as possible! I chose Volvo for the customer service and happy to say that they have not disappointed! More
