Oil changes are overpriced and take way longer than they should even with an appointment. When I asked why prices changed, the answer given was that it's "because Jiffy Lube started charging more." Associate I dealt with paid little to no attention to detail when dealing with my contact information. Because of this, they left me in the dark about what’s going on with my car. Even when I reached out to them to get updates, they weren’t available to answer the phone or give me information. I don’t think I had high expectations but to sum up my experience with Volvo of Bellevue; Inconvenient. More
