Alfredo was was patient & thorough in explaining my options - he didn't have to sell me the car, he needed to sell me the deal. A pleasure to work with him. One star deducted because the finance guy was rushed, and because the GM didn't respond to email inquiry. More

Worked out a good price. Was using my nissan pathfinder as a trade in. Also my xj12 jaguar. They offered me 200.00 for the nissan and 300.00 for the jaguar. I drove them both in , they are in good running condition. Drove them both home and left the new Volvo there. Will not be buying a car there ever. More

Horrible overall experience Our family has purchased Volvo's from this dealer in the past when it was barrier Volvo, and its sad to see how much it has changed. We recently tried Our family has purchased Volvo's from this dealer in the past when it was barrier Volvo, and its sad to see how much it has changed. We recently tried to purchase a car from them but never had a single person from their sales department call us. The only time we heard any news on the deal we tried to work was during one of the three times we reached out!! We even put in an offer on a vehicle, were told they would run it by their manager and get back to us (as we had to go), then two days later not hearing anything I went in and talked to the manager who said they wouldn't budge at all on price! What a waist of my family's time! We went to Bob Byer Volvo and found a much better deal at a much better price and the experience was actually enjoyable! I would avoid AutoNation at all costs! More

They have definitely got all my future business and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Although I will be the first to admit that the sales guy that I initially got in touch with almost put me off going there all together. I had spent a long time searching for the car I wanted through many different dealers, I found one at Autonation Volvo, reached out to them through the online chat feature, a sales man emailed me and told me the vehicle was in the shop for receiving inspection and wouldn't be available for viewing for a couple of days and asked him to let me know as soon as it was ready. Anyway a few days past and I called the branch (spoke with Cody in Sales) to find the status of the vehicle, only to be informed that someone had put a reserve on the it and since purchased. I was very frustrated to say the least, the sales guy I spoke with initially never told me about this "reserve feature" or that the vehice had been sold. At this point I was not going to give Autonation my business. A couple of weeks past and they had another vehicle in that was really nice, I reluctantly reached out to Cody (second sales guy, the really helpful one) and expressed my interest he explained the reserve feature, which I promptly did as to not miss out a second time. Drove the car and loved it. Now comes the fun finance part, we all love the hours sat in the dealers going over this part don't we. So I explained what I was looking to pay, Cody came back with numbers that scared me and honestly weren't going to work for me. Then came the inevitable meeting with the finance manager (James), he was great, no pressure got me numbers I was really happy with and worked for my budget. Drove the car home within 4 hours of arriving there, complete with a full tank of gas. Within a couple of days I had some issues with the car, the car was sold "AS IS" no warranty, but they had me take to the BMW dealership. Honestly to my shock they fixed everything without any questions. They got me a rental car and even detailed my car and refilled the gas tank again. In short, if you are looking to buy a car, new or used, go to Autonation Volvo, ask for Cody and get James to do the numbers. No pain, no drama, no pressure, just genuine nice people that actually care about the customer. They can even get you a car from the other local Autonation dealers. Brilliant, thank you so much for this great experience. More

They used those quasi-installed packages to price their vehicle and negotiate it's sales price. At best, that shows an ineptitude and carelessness towards their product. At worst, it's simply fraudulent. Be very, very, VERY, VERY careful if you are buying a vehicle from them over the internet. And if you're buying a car from them in person, don't bother. Volvos aren't really a luxury brand any more, and dealerships like this are a big, big reason -- it is quite simply a dump. If you are still set on a Volvo because of it's vaunted safety and in spite of their boring handling and tired technology packages, seek out other dealers in the Seattle area. Or do yourself a favor and just run away as fast as you can. More

We gave them a down payment but they never had the car brought to Washington. For a week they couldn't find the car and eventually realized it was still on the lot in the other state at which point they said it would be another 8 days. Along the way they would promise to call us with updates but never called. We finally took our down payment and left. More
Totally rip-off My car was towed to the dealer twice due to the same issue since the dealer didn't fix for the first time. The dealer didn't provide me any way to get home, at last we used Uber to get home. The next day, I got a call from the dealer telling me I need to pay $876 plus tax to fix this issue this time. I asked him whether he could ask Volvo NA for a good-will repair since it is a safetey issue, he said no. I asked him whether it is possible to just remove the steering wheel lock, he said no even though he was not a technician. He didn't even want to confirm with the Volvo NA technicians. A few hours later he called back to offer me a "better" price at $649. I had no choide, only let them do. Two days later, I got to pick up my car. I wanted to use the 10% off coupon from their website, but they refused because they told me my price was already after coupon. But before that I never heard of it, and I didn't see the applied coupon in the final invoice. I wanted to talk to the service manager, he refused because the service manager was in some meeting. I asked the number, he also refused. He also threathened me they won't cover my rental car if I didn't pick up my car. I had no choice. Later I found the service manager's cell phone and left a message asking for explanation. But I got nothing until now. More
